Gu Cheng'an stayed in New York for four days, and Ji Xiaoxi felt that she had exhausted all the excuses she could think of.
Fortunately, her work state was good, and she performed well, and Ouyang Qin's constraints on her were relatively loose, allowing Ji Xiaoxi not to show any flaws.
Nevertheless, every time she sneaked back to her room in the deep of night, Ji Xiaoxi felt like she had just returned from an illicit affair, feeling guilty.
On Sunday evening, Gu Cheng'an headed to the airport to return to Washington, and Ji Xiaoxi felt relieved at heart.
After the final scene was shot, it was already deep into the night, and Ji Xiaoxi felt her legs were as heavy as if filled with lead.
Exhaustedly walking towards the hotel, Ji Xiaoxi didn't notice how, not far behind, Shen Xuebing's gaze followed her like a shadow.
