Just then, there was a knock at the office door, accompanied by Huoda's voice: "Ye Che, what's the point of locking the door for half a day? Are you feeling frustrated and working out with Yiyi?"
Ye Che's hand swiftly released, dropping Xiya to the ground. He stared coldly at her face, which was coughing incessantly due to lack of oxygen, and thought about saying, "For Huoda's sake, I'll spare your life for now."
But that thought was forcefully swallowed back down.
Ye Che straightened out his clothes, which Xiya had crumpled, and stood up to open the door.
As soon as Huoda pushed the door open, he grinned: "Wow, did I really guess right? Seems like your clothes have been torn."
