"Come here." Seeing Jiaojiao staring at him without blinking, Ruan Hao smiled and waved at her. Jiaojiao immediately shuffled over to him and was embraced in Ruan Hao's arms. He patted her little head and asked, "What's wrong? Afraid of your brother?"
When he asked this, his mouth still carried a smile, exceptionally gentle and incredibly pleasant to look at.
Jiaojiao looked at his gentle appearance and shook her head, as if she was enchanted.
Ruan Hao continued to smile, perhaps her denial stirred his emotions, as his laughter even resonated in his chest. He softly said, "Don't be afraid of your brother. No matter what, I will always love Jiaojiao the most."
Ruan Hao never mind shedding his gentle facade in front of his family, but Jiaojiao's unconscious behavior still made his heart feel warm.
Jiaojiao nodded, then couldn't help but laugh along.
What was she afraid of? She wasn't afraid at all!
