After spending a night in the presidential suite that left An Jing feeling sore in her waist and legs, she endured her discomfort the next day and returned home with Su Changyi.
As soon as they got home, An Jing saw that every pathway from inside the house to the outside gate was covered with rose petals by Su Chengyu. An Jing first broke out in a sweat and then, holding onto Su Changyi's arm, smiled at him and said, "Turns out, you're not the only one who's jealous."
Su Changyi just snorted.
"Come on, don't be mad," An Jing coaxed.
Su Changyi said, "I'm not mad at you."
"Of course, I know you're not mad at me, but he's just showing his fondness for the baby. If he weren't serious, you'd blame him for not caring enough about the baby, so why do this?" An Jing spoke gently.
"Then you can't be envious anymore in the future."
An Jing laughed, "You say you're not mad at me."
"I'm really not mad at you. It's just that your envy makes me feel like I'm not doing well enough."
