Unfortunately, Aileen had already traveled through four districts to complete her graduation assignment from the academy, and the dark essence had spread across all of Unbound Haven. Once Aileen lost herself and her identity, the scattered dark essence would reappear and converge to support her transformation. If that happened, it would be a nightmare for Unbound Haven.
