In an extravagant office that smelled of wild leather and faintly of soil, a young man with snow-white hair sat with one leg crossed over the other.
Behind him stood a man with the physique of a bear. He was donned in soft linen that wrapped his body from his right shoulder across his torso and was cinched by a large golden belt. His bald head was small compared to his body, with a fine mustache that covered his lips and a gaze that appeared calm and, at the same time, ruthless.
Opposite them sat a man with vermilion hair braided behind him. He had eyes of the same color and stared at the young man seated before him with restrained tension.
The silence in the room was deafening. Clearly, a conversation had been happening before now, and it seemed the outcome was becoming quite uncomfortable for the vermilion-haired man.
He hesitantly opened his mouth to speak, but at that same moment the door to his office flew open.
