"it's been three days now since the arrest of Mary, do you think Kelvin will be alright after the whole incident? He is mad at everyone and wouldn't talk to any of us" Derek said
" He was right, we should have told him earlier although he still finds it hard to believe. We did make him look like a fool" Timmy said in regret
" I wish he would understand we were watching out for him, we just didn't know it will get this bad" Melinda said
" We are really sorry for all the drama caused at your family beach. Once we are gone on new year, everyone will forget about it" Claire told Melinda
" It's okay, what matters is that we didn't loose anyone along the line. We just have to give Kelvin some space to get his head straight, I hope he does at the hotel he had chooses to stay" Melinda told them
" I am just still surprised that Mary did surrender herself, I couldn't believe she did that" Timmy said
" I think she wants to change, anyone you meet have something to offer to you. Maybe Kelvin offered more than enough to her that she couldn't bear to leave him there, a monster wouldn't bat an eye when given an opportunity, she would have left kelvin for good" Derek said
" Every monster has a story right? She would have killed me when she had the chance but she kept on apologizing. I think she has a past but that doesn't justify all her actions, she killed people " Melinda said
" The court gave her a life sentence, she is never going to have a life outside the world " Timmy said
" I kind of feel bad for her, but I feel worse for Kelvin. He is never going to forget this" Claire said and they nodded their head in unison.

Kelvin heard the hotel door bell ring, he went ahead to open the door as he stare face to face at the strange lady
" Who are you?" He asked
" I am Judith by name, am Mary's sister" She said with a smile
" No fucking way, stay away from me; the both of you" he said angrily trying to shut the door but Judith reached for it first
" I didn't want to do this but I felt like I needed to so that I can stay at peace, and also for you and Mary. please just hear me out" She said gently
" You have ten minutes, and I am not letting you inside my room" He told her
" I am not my sister, I won't murder you but; if standing outside can guarantee you are going to be safe then I don't mind. I am here to tell you something about Mary" she told him
" What's that? Any more lie I need to hear?" He asked her
" You can choose not to believe me. The both of us love Mary and wouldn't be at peace after what she did. Your pain isn't deep as mine because I grew up with Mary, I know everything about her. It's just that she chooses you and she will keep doing so because you brought her what she had never gotten" she said almost in tears
" She doesn't love me, she used me as a shield for her evil doings" Kelvin said
" So why would she choose to surrender herself when she had the chance to flee to south Africa with her passport. That very day was the first time I begged her to save herself , I told her not to surrender herself because I know I won't get to see her but she chooses you over me. She couldn't face you when the police came that's why she flee from you" She said
" I don't care what she does anymore and I think we are done here" he told her
" Just don't hate her please, that's her fear. She would keep blaming herself and hating herself more if you do. Only you can set her free so that she can spend the rest of her life at the prison without regret" Judith begged
" I hope she lives in fear of what she did to everyone of us" he told her angrily.
