At the restaurant, Mother Reed saw Mark Reed and Claudia Ross together, angry enough to jump up and grab Mark Reed, fuming, "Why are you still entangled with this woman? Are you trying to drive me insane?"
Mark Reed looked at his mother in surprise, "Mom, why are you here?"
"If I didn't come, how would I know you're meeting with this woman? Even if she's now the top heiress, I still forbid you from associating with such a fickle woman. Come home with me now."
Mother Reed pulled Mark Reed away.
Mark Reed hurriedly apologized to Claudia Ross, "Sorry, I didn't know my mom followed me here. Let's reschedule for another day."

Claudia Ross calmly waved her hand, watching Mark Reed and Mother Reed leave.
