So why even ask if you're going out to eat? What's the point of asking?
Never mind, with Wyatt Perry's mom's intelligence, if you don't say what's on your mind, she'd never guess it.
Tabby Teller could only say, "I want to eat the food you cook."
"It's so late now, by the time I finish cooking, you'd probably be starving!"
Wyatt's mom took out her phone to check, it was almost one o'clock, they still needed to buy groceries, so dinner would be more feasible.
"It's okay, I'm willing to wait." Tabby Teller didn't mind.
Wyatt's mom turned to see the food she hadn't eaten much of, thought for a moment and said, "Why don't we just make do with this, and then go buy groceries and cook?"
"Sure."
Tabby Teller followed Wyatt's mom to the bedside, and they both sat across the table from each other.
Wyatt's mom wiped the chopsticks she used and handed them to Tabby Teller, using a spoon herself.
Even though the food wasn't cooked by Wyatt's mom, Tabby Teller didn't mind.
