He pulled a cigarette out of his pocket, lit it skillfully, and Luoz took a fierce puff. It choked him into a fit of coughing. No matter how many cigarettes he's smoked these past two days, he still gets choked as if he can never get used to it.
But no matter how many cigarettes he smokes, he still misses her, and can't find peace in his heart.
After freshening up in the guest room, Luoz gently tiptoed back to the bedroom, adjusted the room temperature, and sat by the bed watching the sleeping person. Finally, he felt a bit of warmth in his heart.
