Although Su Nian was no longer anemic, she still occasionally experienced dizzy spells. Buying some sugar was beneficial for sudden bouts of dizziness. After checking that there were no anomalies in Su Nian's bedroom, Luoz turned to leave.
As he approached the door, he hesitated. He knew that Su Nian didn't like to sleep in clothes, especially sweaters. But if he were to change her clothes, his heartbeat quickened at the thought – he was a normal man and could not help being enticed by Su Nian's body. Dismissing this thought, he moved on.
He returned to his own room and casually grabbed pajamas to go and bathe. To his surprise, when he came out from his bath, there was an additional person in his bed. His knees weakened, almost as if desiring to go and see whose room it really was.
He didn't have to see to know who it was on the bed. But what was the situation? Wasn't Su Nian supposed to be in the other room?
