A broken electric scooter suddenly braked, almost hitting the driver.
A woman in her twenties on the scooter had a pale face.
She pressed the brakes tightly with both hands while her sneakers scraped against the ground to help stop the scooter.
The woman was so frightened that her face turned pale and she quickly got off the scooter, bowing and apologizing repeatedly.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, sir! It seems like the brakes on my scooter aren't very responsive."
"Xiaoxiao's mom, how many times have I told you your scooter is too old and should be replaced? What if something happens while you have your child with you?"
The teacher was kindly reminding her, though the tone and manner of speaking weren't very nice.
"Thank you, teacher, for the trouble!" Saying this, Xiaoxiao's mom parked her scooter, went into the kindergarten, and came out holding Lin Xiaoxiao's hand.
She picked up Lin Xiaoxiao and stood in front of the scooter.
