"I want to go back right now." Mi Lu's tone was firm, leaving no room for negotiation.
"Do you want to faint again? If you don't want to see me right now, I'll leave. But can you finish the IV drip first?" Shen Haoxuan knew why Mi Lu was insisting—it was all because of him.
Mi Lu didn't speak, she just sat up and started removing the needle herself.
"Mi Mi, don't do that, don't do that, okay? I'll take you back, just don't remove the needle yourself. I'll call the nurse to help, alright?" Shen Haoxuan was entirely in negotiation mode; he was really afraid of upsetting Mi Lu.
He was really scared something might happen to Mi Lu again.
"Okay!" Mi Lu released her grip, finally nodding in agreement.
"Then wait for me in the room for a moment, I'll go get the nurse." Shen Haoxuan said.
"Okay!"
Seeing Shen Haoxuan leave, Mi Lu didn't wait for the nurse to come in. She directly removed the IV tube herself.
