The two of them sat together, chatting for almost an hour.
As dusk approached, Ye Chenxi finally stood up and said, "Let's go home!"
Tang Fei reached out to grab her bag, but as soon as she stood up, Ye Chenxi took it from her.
She just smiled and didn't say anything, letting him carry the bag for her.
Tang Fei thought Ye Chenxi would first drop her off at home, but after getting in the car, she heard him say, "My grandparents and parents are all away, it's a bit lonely at home. Would you come home with me?"
As he asked, his car was already heading towards the midway up the hill.
Tang Fei lowered her head and did not speak.
If she was unwilling to go with him, would he turn the car around and take her home?
Tang Fei thought he might, but would he be unhappy about it?
Thinking of him being alone at home, she nodded in agreement.
Seeing her nod, Ye Chenxi felt a lot more at ease.
Soon, they arrived at the villa. The large house was indeed deserted, not even a maid around.
