Another week quickly passes by in the world of High School of the Dead after Zeno and Shizuka "deepen" their relationship at the beach on the small island not far away from the coast of Tokonosu City, now renamed as the City-State of Liberty, or CSL for short. Since then, the two blondes had been spending most of their time with each other, doing it like rabbits in mating season; they had been doing so much that Shizuka became bedridden from exhaustion, and it made Rika quite amazed with the two horny blondes.
Now with their relationship so deeply intimate, Shizuka then decided to start living with Zeno in his company HQ for convenience's sake, while Rika moved alone into the dormitory in the city as she started her new life and tried to find a new job but without much success since the jobs that require her particular skill set are basically nonexistent, so Rika can only be unemployed for a time being and has to endure the teasing from Shizuka and Zeno since she doesn't want to work as a store clerk or laborer-type job.
Such a case like Rika's was common among the former Tokonosu police officers and those who were in management positions before the apocalypse since such jobs will not be available to the public from the official jobs issued by the Freedom Carrier company. They can either open their own business or wait for more jobs to become available in the future after the economy of the city has been created and becomes active enough to generate money on its own.
As their new life goes on, Shizuka also doesn't forget about her unemployed friend, as she visits and invites Rika over from time to time to catch up with each other or just to hang out until the HMT-Lite is available for the citizens to purchase with their credits so they can just call or text each other through the HMT.
When Shizuka and Rika are catching up with each other, the dizzy nurse, of course, likes to brag a lot about her "love life" with Zeno to the annoyed but also secretly envious Rika, who became intrigued about her friend's relationship with Zeno and his harem since White Dream had finally revealed herself out of nowhere to Shizuka and Rika one day and gave them both a presentation about the rules and agreements in Zeno's harem from Leila's instruction with a PowerPoint filled with chibi maids with blue hair and yellow eyes guiding the newcomer about the dynamic of Zeno's harem, as the head maid doesn't want the newcomer to bring chaos and drama into their home.

While Shizuka was trying to get along with White Dream, despite the beautiful Stand being quite taciturn towards her, Rika was taking note of White Dream's unusual appearance, and when Rika asked White Dream about it one day, the beautiful Stand just said that her limbs had always been like this since her evolution, which confused the two women a great deal, but they just shrugged it off as a joke.
On the other hand, the situation of the city has now stabilized for the most part, and there's only some minor fraction of the citizens that wants to leave to find their families or someone or some other reason to leave the city that Zeno doesn't really care to find out.
Zeno doesn't mind that some of his citizens decided to leave the city and even gives them supplies as a parting gift before he lets them go on their merry way. He has a feeling that they will eventually come back here anyway since there's really no place as safe as his city in this zombie apocalypse era.
And if they died? Well, that's really not his problem, is it? He already helped them enough, and if they still want to go risk their lives, then he can only point and laugh when they fail.
The situation in the city aside, right now the Freedom Carrier is focusing their effort on repurposing the offshore international airport into a naval/air force base after the remnant of the Tokonosu police force and some other people that held up there eventually abandoned the offshore airport and were evacuated to what remained of the JSDF fleet by helicopters.
The airport was then swiftly cleared out of the zombies after the Freedom Guards swept through the place with the deadly instruments of Liberty lighting up the place, and now everywhere in the offshore airport could be seen filled with construction workers and civil servants diligently building, renovating, and even expanding into a very large military base after the zombies were all exterminated.
Amidst the construction going on at the offshore airport, there are also four God-Wanderers anchoring around the coastline that suddenly emerge one day from the sea like a submarine, which scared quite a lot of people who were looking at the sea that day. The citizens can't believe that Freedom Carrier even has warships in their already absurd arsenal of weapons and vehicles, as the most affected by this is the JSDF, who grew cautious of the presence of the Freedom Carrier's naval vessels.
Zeno had decided to show some of his toys a bit earlier than he originally planned to deter any possible pointless conflict that might happen with the JSDF, and just like he thought they would, the JSDF can now only attempt a peaceful diplomatic approach with him, as they lost any leverage against him with the presence of GWs on the coast while they quickly contact him again a day later after the GWs emerged, as they want to visit him to talk about the collaboration between them.
With a smirk, Zeno agreed to meet with their representatives and schedule the meeting in the next few days. He was sure that they will try to beg for supplies and a safe shelter for their people. He, of course, will agree to give them the shelter they requested as long as they obey his rules, but for the supplies request, he will only give them food, water, and medicine supplies out of the kindness of his heart; there's no reason for him to support them more than that, after all.
Why is he even helping them? That's because he'll look bad if he doesn't help them, alright? It's not like they are his enemy or rival that he has to destroy for some reason...

In the morning at the present day inside Zeno's office at the top of the Freedom Carrier company HQ, Shizuka and Rika could be seen hanging out with each other as usual on the luxurious couch with some snacks on the coffee table.
They have talked about Rika's life in the city and how everything is so peaceful and safe inside the newly built city.
"It's even better than the old Tokonosu City, I suppose? Everything is looking so hopeful and futuristic there..."
Rika said as she grabbed some potato chips and ate them…!
"Well~ this can be said that everything is forcefully reset, so people are doing their best now~"
Shizuka responds as she tries to use the HMT that Zeno gave her this morning.
"By the way, I don't see that guy around here. Did he go out?"
Rika suddenly asked about Zeno's whereabouts as she glanced at Shizuka.
"Mm~? Zeno-san~? Mmmm~ I think he said he was going outside today~ I don't quite remember where though~."
Shizuka tilted her head with a clueless expression, as she only remembered a little bit when Zeno told her he was going out today when she was still half asleep.
"Really, Shizuka..."
Rika wanted to sigh as she looked at her friend with a wry smile.
"Ooh~! Right, I remember now~!"
Then Shizuka finally remembered as she hit her fist with HMT on her palm while an illusion of a shining lightbulb appeared on top of her head.
"Well?"
Rika sent an inquisitive gaze at her as she urged Shizuka to spill it out already.
"Rika, Rika, listen~! Zeno-san is going to the moon, and he doesn't even bring me along~! How mean~!"
Shizuka is pouting with dissatisfaction as she tries to look as upset as possible while revealing something outrageous to Rika.
"Eh, what did you say? the moon…?!"
Rika was first bewildered by what Shizuka said before she turned to look at Shizuka with an incredulous expression.

"Woah, I'm flying, I'm levitating! Jesus, call me Jesus! Hahaha!"
The excited voice of a man filled the main comlink channel as a group of astronauts in the black bodysuit and helmet currently walked around the surface of the moon as one of them flew up slowly in the air with another astronaut holding on to one of his legs.
"Get down before you really send yourself to Jesus, you idiot~!"
Another woman's voice filled the comlink channel as she warned the astronaut pretending to be Jesus while he was doing a T-pose in the air with the other guy holding his legs so he doesn't fly off from the moon's gravity pull.
Among the group of astronauts, there's Zeno, who is dressed in an astronaut-like black bodysuit and only a gas mask, standing on the hill overlooking his clones and the ascendant shadows playing around on the moon like little kids.
"Alright~ say cheese~!"
"Seeeeeeexy~!"
He smirks with amusement under his gas mask as he sees Louise and Zeshibana in the black astronaut suits like him, taking a picture together with a peace sign and the planet Earth behind their backs.
He was first going to come to the moon alone, but he accidentally let it slip to Zeshibana, who was passing by, and now he has a bunch of his subordinates with too much free time on their hands following him here to play.
Zeno shakes his head with a wry smile before he looks away from them before he starts releasing a large number of spy drones on the moon, as he was here to scout out the place for building a frontier base for his faction and to advance his Touki cultivation since he feels like he is about to achieve another breakthrough to the heavenly dragon level. He didn't slack in his Touki cultivation after all, and after one year he finally reached the bottleneck of the super devil class.
He isn't sure what will happen if he attempts to advance his Touki on this universe's earth, so he decided to come to the moon instead just to be safe.
"Let's hope it's not too flashy…"
Zeno mumbles to himself while he strokes his blonde hair while he looks up at the GW floating above him that he used to ride here to the moon.
"Yo~! Big Boss, check this out~!"
"Hm?"
While Zeno was trying to act cool by himself, a voice in the comlink suddenly called out to him as he turned to see who was calling him.
"Woah…"
Zeno's blue eyes immediately lit up as he saw some of his shadow clones and ascendent shadows line up as they executed a perfect, smooth moonwalk… on the moon surface!
"It's the true moonwalk!"
Zeno is so impressed that he is clapping his hands at the performance. Maybe it's not too bad that he let these guys tag along, Zeno thought with a smile.
