Chapter 31 - ENTERING THE TREASURE ROOM!

The item Nitish had picked up was nothing short of extraordinary—a remarkable blueprint.

FIRE BLADE(Secret Silver Rank – One-Handed Sword)

Requirements: Strength – 11, Agility – 20, Level 8Attack Power: 90Attack Speed: 110Element: Fire

[Active Skill] Blaze Slash:This skill engulfs the sword in flames, allowing the user to unleash a fire-infused slash up to five meters ahead. The damage dealt by the fire slash scales with the user's Strength and Intelligence stats, with a maximum potential of 500 damage.

[Passive Skill] Blaze Blade:The sword remains permanently imbued with the fire element, granting a 20% chance to inflict a burn status on enemies with each hit.

Nitish was stunned after examining the blade's stats and abilities—his joy knew no bounds.

"My first Secret Silver weapon!"Nitish was ecstatic.

Even though it was only a blueprint and he would have to craft the sword himself, he didn't mind one bit.

Nitish continued collecting the rest of the loot.

Among the remaining items, one of the most valuable finds was a skill—an exceptionally powerful one, especially for berserkers.

PRIMAL CHARGE(Sword Skill)

Requirement: Two-Handed SwordDescription: Grants the user the ability to perform a full 360-degree spinning attack, dealing double the normal damage and delivering massive knockback to surrounding enemies.

This skill was perfect for group battles, particularly when surrounded by multiple foes. With it, the user could damage everyone nearby in a single, sweeping motion.

The rest of the loot contained several armor pieces and weapons made of mysterious iron. Nitish carefully sorted through them, selecting the most suitable weapons for both his team and Snow's team.

When Nitish revealed the full loot list to everyone, their eyes widened with amazement and their faces lit up with excitement—even Snow looked genuinely thrilled.

"This Berserker armor set is incredible—it's a Mysterious Iron rank set!" Snow exclaimed after checking its stats. It was clear that she was extremely interested.

"Smight, listen... would you be willing to let me have this set? The whole thing. I can pay you in cash—would that be alright? Please?" she asked, her tone slightly shy.

She knew full well that Smight had distributed everything fairly, and during this dungeon raid, Smight's team's Berserker, White Jade, had been killed.

Because of that, he hadn't even earned any experience points—a significant loss.

Given the circumstances, the set should have rightfully gone to Jade as compensation.

That Snow still asked for it, knowing this, and even felt hesitant about it, was a testament to her strong character—it showed she wasn't someone who took others' losses lightly.

"Umm, yeah, of course—you can have the set," Nitish replied with a smile. "I'll compensate White Jade in some other way. Don't worry about it."

"Thank you. I wanted to pay you in coins, but my own guild is running low right now, so I'll pay in cash instead. Will 200 million be alright?" Snow said casually.

Hearing that, the eyes of Nitish's entire team nearly popped out of their heads. Two hundred million was an astronomical amount for them.

"Yeah, that works," Nitish replied with a grin. Snow immediately sent the money via a private transaction.

After confirming the payment, Nitish transferred the armor set to her, along with a few other materials and equipment that belonged to her team's share.

Nitish distributed the remaining items among everyone. He handed Aaryan a pair of Iron-rank boots, which brought Aaryan's total Iron equipment count to three.

At this point, every member of Nitish's team had at least three pieces of Iron-rank gear, and both Aaryan and Bear had even acquired Mysterious Iron-rank equipment.

"Smight, thank you so, so much," Snow said as she shook Nitish's hand. "You've helped us more than anyone else in completing this dungeon. Even though we couldn't clear the Purple Mountain Dungeon, this one turned out to be amazing!"

She looked genuinely excited—her team was now equipped with several high-quality items.

Nitish smiled and gave her a nod in response.

"We should get moving now," Snow said softly. Of course, she wanted to leave—they had already spent a lot of time inside this dungeon.

"Yes, we should," Aaryan agreed.

Everyone quickly pulled out a special stone—something they had all received after defeating the dungeon boss. It allowed them to teleport out of the dungeon.

One by one, everyone used the stone and vanished—except for one person.

Nitish remained behind. He hadn't used the stone.

After all, if he left this temple without looting its true treasure, who would be a bigger fool than him?

Before dying, Ifrit had dropped one more extraordinary item—something Nitish hadn't told anyone about. It was the key to the temple's secret chamber.

"Now it's time to truly explore this temple," Nitish said with a wide smile on his face.

Without wasting another second, he moved forward and stood in front of the statue of Samael. To unlock the secret chambers, he knew he would have to speak a special incantation dedicated to Samael—one he knew exactly where to find.

Nitish quickly left Samael's statue and began inspecting the bases of the other demon statues scattered throughout the chamber. Each one had strange alphabets inscribed beneath it.

No one could have possibly guessed that these ancient letters, engraved below every statue, actually formed a hidden mantra.

Nitish carefully read them all, deciphered the message, and once he had pieced together the full incantation, he returned to stand before Samael's statue.

"Ō daimon pyr, soi euchomai," he chanted the ancient spell.

Suddenly, with a deep, bone-chilling rumble, the statue of Samael rose to its feet.

As soon as the statue of Samael stood upright, it gently shifted its throne forward. Beneath it, a wide passage slowly revealed itself.

"Finally..." Nitish whispered with excitement, stepping onto the newly revealed path.

Wasting no time, he advanced down the corridor, eagerly searching for the treasury gate.

It didn't take him long to find it. With swift hands, he opened his inventory and retrieved the key, inserting it into the slot embedded in the gate.

CLANK!

Nitish turned the key, and the mechanism clicked—the gate had unlocked. He pushed it open, and with a loud creak, it swung wide.

The moment he looked inside, Nitish's eyes lit up—like a child laying eyes on his favorite toy for the first time.

He hurried into the treasure room. Right in front of him stood a chest—the main chest of the corrupted temple.

Beside it, on a pedestal, rested a glowing crimson orb.The orb radiated a mysterious energy, and within it, Nitish could see a unique kind of mana swirling—a current unlike anything he had ever sensed before.
