Chapter 921 - Chapter 922: Fatherly Love, Brotherly Harmony

At that moment, the excited Frank turned into a streak of light and vanished, heading towards the location where the Avengers had provided the Seven Deadly Sins demons.

Previously in Fawcett City, Frank hadn't had anything important to do. Though it was the site of the incident involving the wizard Shazam and the Seven Deadly Sins demons, without them, the city was entirely devoid of supernatural forces.

For the past while, Frank genuinely had nothing to keep him occupied in Fawcett City. He'd ended up becoming a "good neighbor" for the city, much like Peter Parker, while dealing with intrusions from various government agencies.

Unable to uncover Frank's true identity, the agencies naturally focused on his actions. Since Frank chose to act as a good neighbor, they decided to approach him through that angle. If they couldn't get children into Shazam's tests for supernatural power, they could certainly send agents posing as people in need of his help to get close to him.

Frank, having gone through some training, could detect certain agents' disguises, but as long as he continued his "good neighbor" role, he couldn't avoid every agent trying to get close to him.

Through this, Frank realized that being a superhero was not as easy as it seemed. Heroes didn't just fight supervillains; they faced numerous other challenges, and the dangers didn't just come from villains.

After dealing with all of this, Frank felt even greater respect for the Avengers. He was relieved that he'd contacted them right away after obtaining his powers, allowing them to hide his identity and delete any records of his appearances.

If his identity had been exposed, Frank could only imagine the impact on his family, with agencies or other parties harassing them or using underhanded methods.

Not everyone was like Doctor Octopus, who was a loner and isolated himself from various supernatural incidents after joining the Avengers, continuing his experiments and staying largely unaffected by external events.

"Huh?" Just then, Frank soared out of Fawcett City, arriving at the location where the Avengers had placed the Seven Deadly Sins demons. Although Frank was incredibly fast, he was still slower than the Avengers, who used portals. But the moment he saw Robert, he was thrilled.

"Sayian! It's really you! I visited the Avengers multiple times hoping to see you. I never expected to meet you here. I've never forgotten how you saved me…" Frank looked at Robert with glowing admiration.

Meeting Robert and thanking him had been one of Frank's longstanding dreams, motivating him to seek and acquire supernatural powers.

Of course, Frank's drive for power wasn't solely to thank Robert; he also wanted to avoid feeling helpless in the face of supernatural dangers, as he had before.

"I remember you, Frank. You look more like your father than when you were a child. Now that you've joined the Avengers and gained powers, this is your stage," Robert encouraged him with a nod and a warm tone.

In truth, this was Robert's first encounter with such an enthusiastic fan, something he had previously only seen with Steve, Tony Stark, or Peter Parker.

However, it was clear that Robert's fan was even more dedicated, having qualified for Avengers membership. Frank had done what other fans hadn't.

"I'll do my best!" With Robert's encouragement, Frank felt even more confident, his power surging as lightning faintly enveloped his form.

Meanwhile, Sivana entered his company headquarters, still wearing his sunglasses. Ever since he'd obtained the Demon's Eye, he rarely removed them, especially around others.

The Demon's Eye was clearly unnatural, and since the Seven Deadly Sins demons hadn't reached Hell Lord status, Sivana maintained a low profile, hoping to avoid attention.

But now things had changed. The Seven Deadly Sins demons had told him they were on the brink of becoming Hell Lords and only needed one last transformation to achieve it. Sivana felt it was time to act on his ambitions.

Only the demon of Envy resided in his Demon's Eye, not the demon of Wrath. Deep down, Sivana's rage wasn't overwhelming, but his envy burned for his father and brother. He envied their seemingly happy bond and the way they wielded vast wealth, while only giving him a pittance like it was charity.

With a loud "Bang!" Sivana, consumed by jealousy, burst into the company's executive conference room, attracting everyone's attention.

"Sivana! This is an executive meeting! You don't belong here! Leave now!" his father said from the head of the table, staring coldly at Sivana.

"Yeah, wearing sunglasses indoors, looking so old and worn. You're younger than me, after all…" his brother chimed in.

Despite the other executives present, neither his father nor brother concealed their disdain for Sivana. Their dislike was no secret in the company; there was no need for them to pretend to be a happy family.

"Heh, just like you two." Sivana let out a calm chuckle, unperturbed. After all, who would care about the words of people about to die?

Sivana not only refrained from leaving but locked the conference room door. Originally, he intended to kill only his father and brother, but since the company executives were here too, it would be best to take care of everyone at once. After all, these people had ridiculed him for years.

The biggest joke, however, was that his father and brother favored these incompetent fools, while he, a multi-degree scientist, was denied any important role.

"What are you doing, Sivana?" His brother stood up in anger. "Get out now, or don't make me punch you in front of everyone!"

"Punch me? Like you haven't done it before? I was going to give you a quick death, but now I've decided to make you suffer…" Sivana smirked, removing his sunglasses to reveal his glowing Demon's Eye.

"What is that?!" The executives' eyes widened in horror. Though they didn't know exactly what the Demon's Eye was, they could tell it held some kind of extraordinary power, whether alien technology or supernatural ability.

"Sivana! Don't do anything rash! What good will it do you to kill us?" his father stammered, suppressing his fear.

"What good will it do me? Hearing your helpless screams before you die." Sivana's expression didn't waver as he coldly ordered the demon of Envy, "Go, Envy. Torture them all. Make them your blood feast."

With a hiss, the demon of Envy emerged from Sivana's eye, transforming into a demonic shape and pouncing on everyone in the room.

"Bang!" "Bang!" "Bang!"

Gunfire erupted in the conference room as energy bullets shot through the demon's form, only to pass harmlessly through, hitting walls or the glass doors. None of the shots made it outside, as the demon had created a barrier that sealed off the room, cutting off any escape or interference.

Envy hadn't tasted human flesh in millennia. As the first of the Seven Deadly Sins demons to feast on humans, he hoped to absorb jealousy from the others, further enhancing his power.

"Scream, struggle, fear, resent! You all deserved this!" Sivana laughed maniacally at their terror-stricken faces.

However, just as Envy was about to begin, he paused, his gaze distant as though sensing something far away.

"What are you doing? Isn't this your favorite feast?" Sivana questioned impatiently.

"Shazam's successor has appeared! He's already found the other six and is fighting them!" Envy replied, unfazed by Sivana's tone, his voice heavy.

"Hmph! I know that boy. Just a lucky kid. Are the six of them struggling against a mere child?" Sivana sneered. He was aware of Frank, who had been actively making his presence known in Fawcett City.

But although Sivana appeared calm, Envy sensed his intense jealousy towards Frank. If not for the risk of exposing himself, Sivana would have unleashed the Seven Deadly Sins on Frank long ago.

"Now is your chance. Didn't you want Shazam's power? Capture him, and the power of Shazam's staff will be yours…" Envy suggested cunningly.

"Shazam's power?" Sivana's eyes lit up. Unable to claim Shazam's power, he had instead turned to the Demon's Eye to release the Seven Deadly Sins. But his desire for Shazam's power had never faded.

In fact, with his ambitions soaring, Sivana wanted it all.

He knew the Demon's Eye alone couldn't control the Seven Deadly Sins forever; only with significant power could he continue to command them.

"What are we waiting for?" Overcome with greed, Sivana urged Envy to act.

"…?" Envy turned to look pointedly at Sivana's father and brother, clearly indicating that Sivana had planned to make them suffer.

"You're lucky this time. I have something more important to do." Sivana glanced regretfully at his father and brother.

"Thank goodness!" Their expressions softened with relief, some even pledging loyalty. "Sivana, you have my full support!"

"Yes! We're behind you all the way. We'll help make this company stronger!"

"You…" Sivana's father and brother scowled at these turncoats.

"Pathetic." Sivana smirked mockingly. "I never said I'd let you live."
