Chapter 3 - Chapter 3:

The chill of early morning air welcomed Ethan as he stepped out of the museum, his mind still buzzing from the eerie night spent among the shadows and artifacts. The sun was just beginning to rise, casting a pale golden light across the empty streets. He adjusted the lanyard around his neck, the night passes dangling from it, still heavy with their responsibility.

"Just a regular job," he muttered to himself, squashing the hints of unease that clung like cobwebs in his mind. Yet, the excitement of the unexpected adventures flickering in the corners of his imagination kept him energized. He walked home, lost in thoughts of his night spent guarding relics that held secrets beyond imagination.

What Ethan didn't realize was that he had unknowingly slipped the old pocket watch into his pocket before leaving the museum, its cool, smooth surface resting against the fabric of his jeans. The watch, now hidden from view, a beautifully crafted pocketwatch.

Meanwhile, in a dimly lit room deep within the government archives, a group of officials huddled around a large table, maps and documents strewn across its surface. Tension hung heavy in the air, the weight of responsibility pressing down on them.

"We're running out of time," an authoritative voice sliced through the murmurings. Director Hastings, a man whose reputation for secrecy was matched only by his commitment to national security, pointed to the watch displayed under glass. "Various things are starting to surface from the ground i'm afraid that time has come again and i fear this time it's going to stay for good, any relic of that era is to be strictly guarded from now on, the pocket watch is one of the ancient relic although we do not know its rank just in case i suggest we take more precautionary methods so it won't falls into the wrong hands—"

"It won't," another official interrupted, fidgeting nervously. "We're sending it through the museum as a precaution. Who would think to look there?"

"And what of the guard" Hastings questioned, eyeing his subordinates. "We can't risk anyone uncovering its true nature. The last thing we need is speculation. Keep an eye on this Ethan—he could be a risk-factor.

"okay another man at the end of the table, sun his chair around and faced them, looking at Director Hastings, and asked

"Hastings, you still havent explained what the problem is, i mean we just have one weird event and your going crazy already, like weird things happen all times, this well...for who knows it can be just a delusion of some kids"

"delusion....?, since June 1st, i dont know what it is, but something in the air has been rising and it is not stopping, various reports have come in from ice being harder than iron, and a massive shadow stirring things beneath the ocean, and this things just keep happening and it has been rising a lot in intensity, though for now it seems things are still low-key, but thats not the point, what all these has in common is that, they are all happening at spots where momentous history has been made, with their assoiciated relics taken, or spots taken as legends in small tribes and communities.

But something else is going on out there, Now i dont know what going on, but after taking a spear, from ...it doesnt matter where its from, but after running some tests on it, we have found unsettingling results, now i dont know whats happening but relics from that time, must be properly secured, so we can prepare from what is coming"

the man looked at Hastings in the eye for some seconds before standing up and clearing his throat he said

"well u heard the man, secure all relics, bring it contain it, meeting adjourned"
