The capsule full of blue, misty energy followed Crystal through corridors with darkly gleaming metallic walls until what might have been the center of the pyramidal construct.
It was a room at the group level, one with four entrances, like the end point of all the meandering corridors of the place. It was not cramped with machinery as one would expect of the heart of one might be a piece of technology. It didn't look like a command room either, looking like a simple hub for the entrances connected to it. That made the pyramid seem even more empty, its purpose even more indiscernible, as if it had been built to exist only, and nothing else.
However, the emptiness didn't last much longer after Crystal stepped into what seemed like the only room inside the construct. Her heels let out sharp clacks as she walked closed to the center of the room. She looked up at the flat ceiling, then down at the ground, before she pulled down the zipper of her top.
