A carriage passed through the street, kicking up dust, and stopped beside Su Xiao. Several men and women jumped off the carriage, their attire varied, and their weapons were bizarre. Some carried hook locks, crossbows, and even someone with an anchor-shaped weapon strapped to their back.
These men and women walked towards a grand building, which was the headquarters of the Holy Healing Church. Though grand, it appeared somewhat old, with parts of the exterior wall starting to weather.
The first floor of the Holy Healing Church was open to the public, while areas above the first floor were only accessible to internal personnel. It was evening, so as Su Xiao entered the hall of the Holy Healing Church, it was an empty vastness.
On one side of the hall was a large wooden board embedded in the wall, with wanted orders of varying ages tacked onto it, some of which had paper that had already yellowed.
