The next morning, Hua Lang sat in the middle of the bed, tangled in the sheets, his eyes tired and dull from a completely sleepless night.
He had not slept a wink.
Not one bit!
He had tossed and turned the entire night, repeatedly glancing toward the empty spot beside him. Every time he did, the realization that Tian wasn't there somehow irritated him even more. He had eventually pulled the blanket over himself, only to kick it away a while later because he still couldn't get comfortable.

Jun Ming suddenly threw the door open and called out cheerfully, only to stop in his tracks when he saw the grumpy little piglet sitting in the middle of the bed.
Hua Lang's fur was a complete mess, his little ears were slightly drooped, and his tiny eyes were filled with pure irritation.
Jun Ming's eyes immediately lit up.
He hurried over to the bed and scooped Hua Lang into his arms, happily cuddling him against his chest.
