Well… Obviously I still lost the game since I died and honestly, that fight took a bit out of me so I decided to log out for now.
I let out a breath as the machine shut itself down, putting me back in the real world again.
I listened to the hum of the machine slowly quiet down until the cover opened up for me to step out.
But before I could even step out of the machine, a figure practically crawled under the cover to climb their way inside and jumped on top of me.
If it weren't for the fact that I spotted the cat ears when they climbed in, I might have just sent them flying away with my telekinesis before they even attempted that.
"Bosssssss!!! That was so gooooood!!" Ries cheered, landing on top of my waist to straddle me while rubbing her cheek against mine.
I blinked at her before slowly reaching up to pat her head, "Umm… What do you mean? I kind of got owned by that guy?"
