Great… I've barely even made myself a public figure and there was already an assassination attempt on me… What even gives?
If I'm not wrong, the only thing that I should be known for right now was saving this station from a Leviathan… What kind of person would want to kill someone who did that?
Was the fact that I could defeat a Leviathan somehow a threat to them? Was the Leviathan attack somehow arranged by this person who now bears a grudge against me for foiling their plans?
Who would even be capable of controlling or influencing a Leviathan to attack this station?
This assassination attempt really makes no sense… I can't figure out a motive for this at all.
Like what kind of benefit would my death even bring to whoever planned this? This makes no sense at all.
The only other reason I could think of that could make someone attempt to take me out was just because they wanted the thrill of it.
Actually… Now that I think about it… That sounds quite possible now…
