We towed the Leviathan back towards the station, which involved us keeping a leash on it with a tractor beam and using both ships to pull at it.
We had to fly in a specific manner and speed since we had to account for the Leviathan's inertia while we were pulling it along. Otherwise, its corpse would crash into us if we were to stop before our tractor beams could kill off the corpse's momentum.
I've already sent a message ahead to the Chief of Security to tell him we managed to kill it, so there was no longer a need to evacuate the station.
He didn't believe me at first and we had to show him the literal corpse of the Leviathan from multiple angles to show it was not some edited video.
He really thought we edited the video just to get ten thousand Credits from him and condemn the entire station to death…
Well… I guess I wouldn't put it past some people who would actually try to do that… There were two Merc groups who tried just that before they were caught, after all…
