With questions in her mind, Baili Xia walked to the door and opened it.
Outside the door stood Fan Yi.
Upon seeing Baili Xia, Fan Yi respectfully bowed.
"Miss Xiaxia, the young master invites you to come over."
"Come over? I just got back from there." Baili Xia found it a bit strange.
She hadn't finished packing yet and didn't want to leave now.
"Perhaps the young master has something important for you." After a pause, he added, "He seems to be... not in a good mood."
"Not in a good mood?" Baili Xia was even more puzzled.
He was fine when they spoke earlier, why the sudden change?
She nodded and softly said, "Wait for me for a moment."
With that, Baili Xia turned and went back into her room.
After a while, she came out holding something in her hand.
"Let's go."
Baili Xia followed Fan Yi downstairs, but found that he wasn't heading toward the study.
