Genevieve watched in horror, frozen in place as the butchery unfolded before her.
The waiter continued sawing at Adam's neck, his face twisted into a malevolent grin. Every now and then, he glanced at Genevieve, seemingly savoring the despair in her horrified eyes.
He was enjoying this. He was enjoying every second of it.
