"!!!" Clovis and the lizard were staring at each other. They couldn't look away when they were fighting against each other, but it didn't mean they weren't aware of the situation in the surrounding area.
Knowing what Clovis was trying to do, the lizard had a few options. The first was to launch an all-out attack, burying Clovis before his other teammates could flank them. The second was to split up the beast army to stop his other teammates.
Obviously, the lizard chose the second one.
"Scree!" The lizard gave another order.
In that instant, many beasts stopped charging toward the hill. They instead turned around as though they intended to go to the other battlefield.
"Tsk. So, it really has come to this." Clovis clicked his tongue. He originally planned to leave this as a trump card to lessen his burden when they were about to get overwhelmed.
But he chose to use it at this time so that the lizard would focus on him.
Clovis said, "Melody, use A1."
"Are you sure?"
