Emmi wakes up and looks around, why am I in a hospital room?
Zhen Sihao takes a deep breath then walks into the room carrying a food container. "Awake?"
"Hmm…why am I here?"
"According to the doctor you fainted from exhaustion. I came to your dormitory to take you to dinner and there was a big commotion. A gas leak in your dormitory. I brought you here to get checked out."
"Oh."
"Are you hungry?"
"I am starving."
He sets the container on the table and opens it. He takes out a plate of shredded pork with vegetables and a bowl of chicken ginseng soup.
Emmi starts to get out of bed and he stops her. "I will bring it to you."
She squints her eyes as she holds her head and he panics afraid the treatment had side effects. "Are you feeling unwell?"
"I have a headache. Maybe from breathing in the gas."
He carries the soup over and sits on the edge of the bed. She reaches to take the bowl and he says, "I will feed you."
She smiles, "I can do it."
He shakes his head, "I want to."
