"My dear ministers, after today, the Great Qin will no longer be threatened by dangers on its borders!" Qin Wudao announced to the officials behind him before ascending the altar.
The officials were bewildered, unable to comprehend Qin Wudao's intentions. Could this altar truly protect the 120,000-kilometer western border of the Great Qin from enemy invasion?
