What is his objective?
Mu Tianzi Ji Man doesn't seem like the type to weave conspiracies.

It fits well with what Miss Ming once said to him about this emperor: "Mu Tianzi is a king whose great power is within himself. This means he didn't regard Pei Ye as significant but also indicates he had his own agenda.
