The fourth day of the Holy Blood Festival saw the city still abuzz with excitement, with the festive atmosphere showing no signs of waning. In fact, it grew even hotter as people from the surrounding towns heard the news and came to join in.
Governor Milian approved a request from several collective farm village leaders yesterday, allowing small exhibition booths to be set up on several streets around the city square. However, these were not for the players, but for the entertainment of the locals.
Five village leaders each sent representatives from their villages who were good at singing, dancing, and eloquent speaking to represent their five villages in the "competition."
But these guys came with a purpose!
