Jessie's report; Sakana Tamago also know as Vel, is the only speedster who can be damaged by conventional weapons. However, I believe those EMP bombs wont work on him. The reason is because he wasn't modified like the rest. He has little to no electrical components that you can terminate. Instead, he has some kind of sentient organism that boost his body and gives him superhuman abilities. He's also one of the slowest of the bunch. Among all those pieces of trash he was the only one I researched intensely on, after all he killed my mother in front of me.
Jerry in private; I doubt you'll even answer me, but how did you know all this?

Jerry was teleporting from left to right instantaneously as Vel tried to pierce him with his bare hands Kin then appeared behind Vel and proceeded to strike him with a Kusarigama (sickle attached to a chain). But his wound healed instantly. Vel then turned back and proceeded pierce his hand trough his neck, but he vanished and appeared by his left but then Vel quickly grabbed his neck but before he could do anything he was hit by 5 bullets from the back by Shiruba (Silver) who was holding a rifle.
From over 100 meters away. While still holding Kin, he ran to Shiruba's location but Jerry switched with her and delivered a kick to the face but he dodged it and proceeded to punch Jerry in the face. He then threw Kin's unconscious body to the side, then grabbed Jerry by the neck and slammed him to the ground, tossed him in the air, grabbed his leg and began slamming him from left to right.
Vel; something's wrong.
He then removed the black cloak and saw a corpse of a soldier he killed earlier. He then felt someone's hand on his bald head before his face was slammed to the ground so hard that his face dug into the earth.
Jerry and others then fell back to regroup.
Jerry; *This isn't good. The more we fight the faster he gets and the rate his wounds heal get faster too. At this rate he'll exhaust us*
Dmitri through an earpiece; Jerry are you there?
Jerry; Dmitri, where are you?
Dmitri; I'm in position.
Jerry; good. What is it?
Dmitri; I've noticed he keeps getting thinner and thinner the more he fights.
Jerry; he also gets faster too.
Dmitri; yes, however this means if we hold out long enough, we can defeat him.
Jerry; true. He's currently eating one of our soldiers. Sick bastard.
Dmitri; I think I know why he's doing that.
Jerry; me too. He's buying time.
Jerry; All troops fall back now!
The troops then began to fall back, but then Vel stopped his meal and began killing each soldier one by one.
Jerry; SHIT!
Lieutenant; Sir, we only have 5 troops left, what do we do?
Jerry; *What the hell is going on, Bullshit. THIS IS BULLSHIT! What do I do now, what is he planning? *

Jerry then grabbed Silver, and threw her towards Vel. She then looked in shock as she stared at Jerry's cold dead eyes as she fell. Then Vel ran towards her to grab her.
Vel; gocha.
Jerry then punched him strait in the Jaw causing him to drop her. Vel then ran at full speed but then Jerry began teleport beside him at almost 100 times a second, so fast it appeared as he was racing him neck and neck. He then began to move left and right, but Jerry still caught up. Jerry then began pushing, punching and shoving him over and over. Vel then ran left and right in a zig-zag but Jerry still followed side by side. Neither one of them showing any sign of slowing down. Vel then ran in a straight line toward the mountain but then Jerry began to trip him in an effort to stop it.
Vel; *so that's your game*
Vel then began to run even faster till finally,
He was out of the dome.
Silver with a disappointed look on her face; *he's out, we lost*
Choki then placed his hand on Silver's shoulder while looking straight in Jerry's direction.
Shiruba was then amazed by unshaken hope in Choki's face.
Choki: Are you alright?
Silver: I'm fine.
Choki: *Master, just what are you planning?*
Vel, a short distance from the mountain; *There, I lost him*
Vel couldn't see anyone beside him. But then he tripped on something causing him to almost fall, he then looked at both sides of him but no one was there. He kept running. His leg then hit something causing him to trip again. He then looked left and right but saw nothing, he then looked closely and saw a faint silhouette flashing beside him.
Vel; YOU!
There was a small dome only 2 meters wide around Jerry allowing him to teleport next to him.
Vel then tried punching and kicking him, but none of his hit's landed.
Vel; *why aren't my hits landing? Is he teleporting less*
Jerry; *you figured it out, before I was teleporting at 100 times per second. Now I've reduced it to only 10 so unless I'm careful I could lose a part of my body in his or his in mine, so I have to time it just right*
Vel then ran trough the mountains, leaving shock waves behind him and the ground itself to break apart, Jerry teleported to match his pace to avoid damage. The shock waves destroyed vegetation, small buildings and settlements, whipping out everything Vel passed by.
Jerry; hey not to be a bummer, but you don't look so good.
Vel; ... *wait! *
Vel then ran back to the meadow, and looked at his body, he looked like a skeleton with flesh wrapped around it. He looked around him, but there was no one, the meadow was empty.
Jerry; do you get it now? You sick bastard? This is where you will die, starved and parched.
