Qi Condensation- Initial stage of cultivation divided into 9 realms. In this state, the subject enters the world of cultivation and begins to gather Qi in his body and in the center of his dantian. Life limit: 200 years.


Fundamental Basic - In this state the body will be refined so that it better adapts to cultivation - Divided into: Skin, Muscle, bones, internal organs, veins. mind Life limit: 300 years.


Golden Core- At this stage, energy is formed in the center of the dantian's body into a core. Divided into: 9 stages Life limit: 600 years.


Nascent Soul: The core is ruptured and a nascent soul emerges. Divided into: 9 stages Life limit: 1000 years.
