Isabelle's Point of View:
My heart was trembling with every passing second since Achilles went with Cole. I was so scared of what was going to happen—but relieved that at least he was okay.
I knew that now that he was here, I was gonna be alright. Although it was still hard to believe Cole turned out to be like this… I mean, I was aware I did wrong, but did I really deserve to be kidnapped for dating him for three days and leaving? Wouldn't someone feel like that was a bit of an overreaction?
It wasn't as if I played him for months. I didn't even wanna play him at all, it was all just a big misunderstanding.
My thoughts were interrupted by Achilles and Cole entering the room again after a ten-minute conversation. I looked at the two of them.
