"I'm just dealing with some things, Olivia. It's nothing you need to worry about," he replied, trying to pull away from me.
But I held onto him tightly, not wanting to let go.
"You don't have to go through this alone, Devon. You have me," I said, my voice filled with determination.
He looked at me, and I could see the love and gratitude in his eyes.
"You have no idea how much that means to me, Olivia," he said, holding onto my hand.
As we walked back to the palace, hand in hand, I knew that no matter what happened, we would always be there for each other.
But little did we know that Beta Brent had other plans, ones that would push us both to our limits.
