"H-h-h-h-how did you do it? Impossible, you can't just pop this rubber ball on your first try. It shouldn't work like that. Minato took three years to create this, and I took three months to learn this move."
"Even Kakashi took more than a month. How could you do it so easily?" Jiraya almost fell on his butt as he stared at the pieces of rubber ball in shock and disbelief.
Naruto laughed seeing his reaction. After a bit of laughter, he controlled his emotions and said.
"Well, if you had shown me this a week ago, I wouldn't have mastered this technique so easily. When I was training my Boil Release, I needed to master my Concentration."
"That training helped me. By concentrating my Chakra from the center, I can easily release as much Chakra as I want without disrupting my Chakra flow."
"So, it's not that I have the immense talent to master this so easily; it's just that my previous training helped me. The first stage was rotation. The second stage was Power."
"Then, the third stage must be containment, right? Right now, the power just scatters because there is nothing containing all of that rotation and power. So, how do I train for the third stage?"
Jiraya was shocked for a long moment. He didn't even know how to respond until he finally gave up on measuring Naruto's talent and took out a normal balloon that was filled with nothing but Chakra coming out of his palm.
"Here, let me show you!"
In his right hand, the balloon wasn't making any movement. It wasn't popping, nor was it spiraling. On the left hand, there was a blue sphere of Chakra. It was constantly rotating, but all of that rotation was contained.
"So, you use a balloon to measure your containment. Because if you practice without a balloon, you will not know how much Chakra you need. If you make it bigger, the balloon will pop up, and if you make it smaller, the size of the balloon will decrease."
"At the same time, you are creating a thin layer of wall between Rasengan and the balloon so that it doesn't shred the balloon. It is truly an ingenious way of training."
Naruto analyzed the final stage and finally understood how his future version could contain so much power in that small ball of the sphere and change its size.
Everything starts with something small, and as he masters it, the power of the Jutsu also increases.
"I am not sure if you are a Genius or not." Jiraya shook his head and walked toward a tree.
"But let me show you the power of a true Rasengan."
As he moved his left hand, Rasengan began to grind the outer layer of the tree and slowly create a hole in that trunk. It simply removed that part of the tree and turned it into small chunks of wood or dust.
Naruto took the balloon in his hand and filled it with his Chakra. After that, he began to spin that Chakra into the sphere. He put a small bit of Chakra at first, just for the sake of rotation.
But, then, he needed to use the power. As he began to pour more Chakra into his palm, it began to spiral outward. Unlike the second stage, the balloon was quite soft.

In an instant, it burst open, showing a large mass of Chakra rotating on his palm and constantly moving away from the rotation.
"Thank god, you didn't master it in a single try." Jiraya heavily sighed and put a big smile on his face.
But his smile froze when Naruto began to contain that Chakra. He didn't stop because the balloon popped. He continued to use his concentration to contain the Chakra.
As the outward spiraling Chakra began to concentrate into a sphere, it was magnificently stunning. The blue chakra spiraled like water as it got contained in a sphere.
Pop!
Just a second later, the Rasengan got destroyed before it was completely contained.
"Phew! I almost thought you managed to create a perfect Rasengan." Jiraya didn't know why, but was glad that Naruto didn't learn this move in an instant.
"Nah! But, I am going to utilize another method to learn this quickly."
[Shadow Clone Technique]
Nearly a dozen shadow clones appeared next to him and began to concentrate their Chakra into forming a Rasengan.
"So, I guess you will be doing this whole day." Jiraya asked.
"Yeah! Hopefully, I can complete this today and start learning more about Jutsu from you tomorrow. By the way, I will also be training with Mei about Boil Release."
Naruto nodded his head and answered.
"You are trying to hurry too much. You know, a kid of your age shouldn't worry about war. I mean, I can help you defeat Fourth Mizukage even if you don't get stronger within two weeks."
Jiraya helplessly spoke. Seeing his godson trying so hard to get stronger, he was a bit unhappy. A kid shouldn't be burdened with such a task.
Naruto shook his head and said.
"No, I want to defeat him on my own. Of course, I don't think I will reach Kage level within just two weeks. But, I should at least reach Jonin Level by then."
"By using Kyubi's Chakra, I will be able to push my strength to Kage Level. A fight with a Kage won't be simple as they often have a powerful trick that can defeat most Jonin with ease."
"So, to counter such tricks, I need a powerful Jutsu of my own. That's why I need to learn more powerful Jutsu."
Hearing his words, Jiraya was speechless but also a bit proud. Although Naruto was getting stronger, he wasn't being arrogant about his strength.

"You are a smart kid. You should know that Rasengan is a pinnacle of the Shape Transformation of Chakra, but has no nature transformation. That's because the fourth Hokage wasn't able to add a nature transformation to Rassengan."

"That's impossible to create within two weeks. Just think about it. It takes me even more concentration to create a simple Rassengan that I have. It's like I need two hands instead of one."
"Then, if I want to add Nature Transformation to it. I would need another hand. That's like having two more people around you to create a single Jutsu. It might be powerful, but alone, it shouldn't be possible."
"At least, not in my current situation."
At this moment, a noise came from behind. It was a Shadow Clone.
"Boss, I came to report to you about the Water Nature Transformation training. We managed to complete it. Should we start releasing the Jutsu?"
"Oh, you can release it. Don't worry about me." Naruto nonchalantly replied. But suddenly, he turned toward his shadow clone, and a light bulb appeared next to his head.
"That's it. A shadow clone."

The shadow clone disappeared, and soon, other shadow clones also received his command. The next moment, he found a large wave of knowledge and experience entering his mind.
He gritted his teeth and sat down in a meditative state. After a few minutes, he stood up with a fresh look in his eyes.
"Finally, I managed to complete my Water Nature Transformation. Now, I can finish Rassengan as well."
Naruto stood up and, with a smirk on his face, created a shadow clone.
Naruto began to gather Chakra on his palm, giving it force and rotation, while Clone began to use his Chakra to contain it. Soon, a blue sphere was formed on his palm.
Naruto dashed toward the tree and smashed forward. The blue sphere drilled through the tree and made a large hole in it, leaving nothing but dust in that hole.
[Rassengan]
