After Kirihai created an even bigger explosion with her slash with the help of Sorata's destructive energy, Shinki and Kenji were a bit surprised.
Kenji, looking at the mass destruction commended Kirihai
"Wow, that was pretty effective. I didn't think the outcome would have been that strong."
Sorata responded to him:
"I noticed Kirihai doesn't really have much power compared to us, so I thought that I'd just help her a bit, although she does have skill..." Sorata turned to her and asked "Kirihai, you satisfied?"
Kirihai was fascinated by the amount of power she just produced. She kept quiet for a moment before she responded to him
"Cool. That was awfully nice of you Sorata. What prompted you to do that, by the way?"
Sorata replied with a mild smirk
"Just take it as a gift. You might need to use a technique that involves my destructive energy. My destructive energy is stronger than the average one, so fusing it with your sword to perform an attack is going to be effective in battle."
Later in the day, while Shinki, Sorata, Kenji and Kirihai were sitting on the hills, Kirihai said to them
"You all are incredibly strong. Sometimes I see the battles you have and think I'm inferior to you all. Honestly, I think I'm weak."
Kenji, after hearing her, told her:
"You don't need to compare yourself. We are all different. We all are here because of the things we want to achieve—be it revenge, to gain power, or to regain what we've lost. It's the situation you have experienced before that determines what you're going to be and what your current strength will be. So no, you aren't weak."
Shinki added
"Kenji has a point. We all are what we are because of what we've experienced. We aren't criminals because we wanted to—it's because of the things that happened to us. Like Kenji said, what you've experienced determines your current strength."
Sorata just smirked as he told them:
"You have a point in that. All that matters are the things you do in order to achieve your goals. Whether you are fighting to become stronger or for revenge, it doesn't matter. As long as you keep working hard, then it doesn't matter who is stronger or weaker."
Kirihai then smiled, telling them:
"I suppose you guys are right. Thanks."
The flashback ended as Kirihai, while in air fighting on the island, released her giant attack with her sword imbued with destructive energy, blasting it at Sukuna.
As she did this she said to herself:
"Thank you guys. Without you I wouldn't be able to move forward. I joined the Dark Sign so that I could become stronger. My home was destroyed and I nearly lost my life—if not for Ukina's intervention then I'd be dead. So I'm going to become stronger so I won't experience the loss I had before!"
Suddenly Serena appeared above Kirihai, a powerful amount of electricity crackling on her hands. She punched her down to the ground, the impact breaking the earth and shaking the island with a powerful explosion of electricity. Serena was above Kirihai while still trying to break through her sword and punch Kirihai who was clearly standing with the dust vanishing away from her.
Luckily, Kirihai was able to block Serena's punch with her sword. She looked at Serena with a cold look in her dark eyes.
"You're a persistent one, I'll give you that. But you are in my way—so die, bitch!"
She proceeded to release a huge amount of dark energy from her sword, blasting Serena across an entire mountain and causing the mountain to explode.
Kirihai charged toward Serena, who lay on the floor. She performed a few hand signs, gathering a huge amount of energy in her hands to create giant claws made out of energy on her hand.
As she was about to land the blow, a green beam of light flew straight toward her. Kirihai was able to intercept and deflect it easily with her energy claws. The impact of the clash caused Kirihai to flip all the way into the air.
Sukuna dashed in at the speed faster than light, activating a plasma gun from her battle suit. She and Kirihai started to trade blows in the air with explosions all over the sky. Sukuna kicked Kirihai straight to the ground and started to blast huge amount of plasma at Kirihai without stopping. This series of explosions were causing a massive explosion that wiped out the trees, mountains and scorched the island around them.
While the explosion was still raging, Sukuna saw a black shadow figure walking out of the explosion of her plasma. Kirihai emerged, leaping out of the explosion with a deranged smirk, she proceeded to punched Sukuna in the stomach before kicking her to the ground near Serena.
Sukuna landed hard, struggling to stand "Damn it, that was intense. What the fuck!", she muttered to herself. As she rose, she saw Kirihai walking toward them witha very dangerous amount of dark energy —and for a split second, Kirihai's face glitches intonation familiar face that Sukuna knew well.
Her eyes widened in shock.
"Wait a minute, why do i feel like ive seen Kirihai's face somewhere else, like ive encountered her more than just a battle....", Kirihai's face immediately glitched to that of Tobi's inside Sukuna's head. "Wait a minute, she looks just like Tobi! I remember going to Alex's house and hearing Tobi talking about his dead sister. Could it be… she is Tobi's sister?!?"
Kirihai continued walking, her expression calm, her power suffocating and out of control
"You girls actually kept up a good fight, seriously, im impressed. But lets be honest, i'm far stronger than you two."
She stretched her sword toward the sky, dark aura blasting out of her sword like a thunder storm. She had a devious smirk on her
"It was fun… but goodbye.", she said to Serena and Sukuna.
As she was about to deliver the killing strike, a white beam of light fell from the sky, nearly hitting her.
Kirihai dodged, eyes narrowing as the beam of light caused a ginormous explosion crazier than all the previous one's shot at her. Kirihai was in shock for a moment "Huh? Where did that come from?", she questioned herself only for another white beam to descend. Kirihai raised her sword to block, but the impact blasted her backwards. Kirihai found it extremely hard to deflect the beam "What the..? I cant deflect it!", she exclaimed before crashing into a stand of trees. The stand of tree's immediately fell apart and crumbled to nothing due to Kirihai crashing into them.
She groaned in pain and anger, Kirihai looked up at the sky just to see Raquel falling towards her while wearing a white battle suit and a skirt of crystal, her crystal eye was also glowing with a new pattern.
Kirihai smirked.
"Ohh? More competition, huh? Sounds good to me."
Meanwhile, far above the battlefield, Tobi and the Shadow Puppet clashed with deadly skill and power. Each collision causing powerful explosions in the skies above the city. Colourful explosions ripped apart the clouds, their shockwaves tearing through the city below.
The Shadow Puppet's claws scraped violently against Tobi's sword as their battle created gusts of wind so powerful that skyscrapers were ripped from the ground.
Kazui and Luck, watching in horror, braced themselves "Oh, fuck!" Kazui exclaimed and then created a wall of flames to shield himself and Luck from the destructive storm.
