Her phone rings…
To her surprise it was her dad calling. She picks up the phone and answers the call
''Hello'' she said
''Hello, do you have a minute to spare''

She removed the phone from her ear to check who was on the call. Did I just hear honey, it's been a while since he called me that''
''Hello, are you there''
She puts the phone back on her ear hastily
''Yeah, you were saying something''
''we were wondering if we could reunite our relationship with you'. You know ever since you left for Chicago, we stopped talking to each other. I think we should turn a new page, and we just hope you will forgive us''

''Hel hello'' he said stammering
''Yeah, dad I'm listening''

One hour passes by
The loud noise on the phone wakes her up
(I can't believe I slept off; I must be tired) She gets up sitting upright and stretches her body.
She scouts for her phone on the couch and picks it up to scroll through. To her surprise she saw two strange messages from an unknown number.
Who could possibly be this? She asks herself
Few minutes later, there is a knock on the door

She grasps a mop stick and walks towards the front door delicately. Then, unlock it and stand behind the door holding the stick firmly ready to strike
