Only ten beasts have been confirmed to be of that rank in the mountain and as for the rulers.
There is a reason they don't move around as their fight could destroy the continent itself as all three of them stand at the rank of "Mana Demi-God".
As for how strong that rank is, well there is a reason that all the species in the world have made a pact to never allow such powerhouses to fight unless absolutely necessary.
"Bu-t they shouldn't come down the mountains, after all, they also have to follow that pact."
Ruri tried to think positively after all worrying about the worst-case scenario will not do any good to their current situation.

The 'Selene Empire' also called the 'Glorious Moon' ruled by the royal family of Selene and guarded by the 'Four Faces of Moon'. They are blessed by the gods of the Moon and other gods of peace.
The 'Steller Merchant Federation' also called the 'Star Seekers' is ruled by the five Merchant families making a business empire. They are blessed by the gods of Stars, Travel, Fortune, and Sea.
These four empires make up the entire political climate of the continent and if they worked together they can even affect the political climate of the entire world itself.
The last time these empires had worked together was more than five hundred years ago before the end of the great war that was fought against the demons.

Nexus said as he stood up, looking outside the window and gazing down at the city he could see the distant figure of children running around and playing with each other with laughs on their faces.

Alice said as she leaned her body on his, Nexus didn't move and continued to silently stare outside the window.

Nexus muttered as he looked at his wife's face.
"I know and I will walk by your side on that road."
Alice replied to his muttering with a smile on her face, it was a captivating one, hearing his wife's reply he smiled back at her as he hugged her.
"After all we are working for our children's happy future."
