Hatchis body shivered, the feeling of pure mana flooding it as soon as the systems notification popped up!

This system wasn't very helpful with info but.. he also didn't ask alot of it. The tiny worm focused to ask a question "hey system, how do I use these stones? I know eating them makes me feel a huge rush though my body. I get the feeling thats supposed to be a good thing?" the system did not respond for a few minutes almost as if it was thinking.
[The mana stones naturally strengthen your body when consumed, most creatures cannot consume them and instead hold them in order to slowly drain energy. You are weird, and consuming appears to be most efficient. Consuming mana stones will build the level of mana you can hold, just don't do too much at a time]
Hatchi nodded his little worm head thoughtfully, the system never warned him about things so he would definetly be careful in how much he consumed at a time. In fact now that he thought of it the system did not even warn him against going to the surface when he couldn't properly breathe up there! Whatever, it's just a robotic system so he couldn't expect it to be caring toward him.
He looked toward the holes in the wall showing the huge cavern. It was gorgeous and he definetly wanted to check it out.. but had no clue how to get down from where he currently was. It should've been an easy task with how jagged it was but he had no hands to assist his descent, so it would be more of a gracefull fall.
His focus turned to each side of the tunnel, perhaps he'd follow one and see if it could take him to a more accessible spot? He decided that was a good choice and began to slither along unaware of what was happening anywhere else, under the dirt it was peaceful. He had no worries of a job or looking cool for the ladies, all he cared for was eating dirt and sometimes rocks!
As he made his version of a hike hatchi would occasionally take a chomp out of the nearby mana stones. He was careful not to ingest too much at once, but his body seemed to absorb it very easily! His focus remained on the holes in the wall leading down into the massive cavern, it really was one of the most beautiful things he'd seen and caused him to wonder if the surface had things like this as well. He chewed thoughtfully on a piece of mana stone before jumping as he got a notification!

Hatchi looked at it curiously "two questions system, one are the traits based off what I do? These are all movement based.. and two what's the deal with wing stumps and glide flaps? Those both sound disgusting!" He huffed thinking he'd probably lean more toward increased jump.
[Yes, evolution is based off the user's interest. Wing stumps are the first step to obtaining wings, the next evolutions will also include options for wings. The glide flaps would be pieces of skin you could extend to help fly. Though if you mastered wind magic you could fly with the glide flaps]
Hatchi nodded again and grabbed another chunk of mana stone with his few teeth "hm.. how do I do something like that? Do I have to learn from someone or do you have magical tomes for me to absorb?" The system was quiet for a few minutes, seeming to give him attitude before it finally responded.
[You can earn tomes through quest once you reach level five, which should be relatively fast with you consuming mana stones. They are not magic ones that will absorb into your brain instantly, you will have to learn them yourself]
He continued to chew before nodding, hatchi began to dig a small room just as he always did and blocked the entrance with his tail. He'd been proven right for protecting himself by his very own sibling the first time he evolved! "I choose the glide flaps" he said before closing his eyes and falling into a deep sleep.
