Chapter 108 - The Pink Alien

As the Alien floated into the throne room, its presence charged the air with an electrifying energy.

"And what are you going to do, Alien? You think you can stop me?" Ikati's expression shifted from annoyance to intrigue, but he quickly masked it with confidence.

"Just watch me," the Alien declared, its voice echoing with authority. With a sudden burst of speed, the Alien darted forward, a blur of pink fur and shimmering energy. It weaved around Ikati, moving at hypersonic speeds that left no trace of disturbance in the air. Ikati swung a fist in retaliation, but the Alien vanished, appearing behind him in an instant.

"Too slow!" the Alien teased, sending a concentrated wave of telekinetic force that slammed into Ikati's back. The impact sent him stumbling forward, but he quickly regained his balance, his eyes narrowing. Ikati countered with a powerful kick, but the Alien anticipated the move, floating effortlessly above it.

"You think brute strength will win you this fight?" it taunted, creating an illusion that made it appear as if there were multiple of itself surrounding Ikati. Confused, Ikati swung wildly, striking at the illusions, but they dissipated like mist, leaving him frustrated.

"Enough of this! You've been the only factor I haven't been able to manipulate and it's been a thorn in my side FAR too long!" he snarled, his rage boiling over as he focused on the real Alien, who watched him with a calm demeanor. In a fit of anger, Ikati charged at the Alien, but it simply floated higher, twisting in mid-air and using its telekinesis to bind Ikati's arms with a shimmering energy. The binding glowed brightly, holding him in place.

"You're not as strong as you think, Ikati… You may have power, but you lack finesse," the Alien taunted. Ikati struggled against the telekinetic hold, his face a mask of rage.

"You think you can defeat me with your tricks?" he roared, focusing his energy to break free. But the Alien smirked, intensifying the hold, making it difficult for Ikati to move. With a flick of its wrist, the Alien created a series of dazzling illusions—spectral copies of itself that circled Ikati, distracting and disorienting him. While he lashed out at the illusions, the real Alien suddenly dove down, delivering a swift kick to Ikati's midsection, sending him crashing into the throne itself.

The throne room trembled under the impact, but Ikati was quick to recover. He stood, breathing heavily, and glared at the Alien.

"You're playing a dangerous game."

"Am I?" the Alien replied, summoning a shimmering barrier that deflected Ikati's next punch. Shockwaves echoed from the punch, but the barrier held strong with ease. The Alien retaliated with a flurry of punches and energy blasts, each one striking with precision. Ikati staggered under the assault, barely managing to block some of the blows. Ikati growled.

"Why you!" Feeling the pressure, Ikati finally unleashed a powerful wave of fire, attempting to knock the Alien off balance. But the Alien reacted swiftly, using its ability to create a localized illusion that made it appear as though it had vanished. Instead, it hovered silently behind Ikati and unleashed a blast of telekinetic force that sent him crashing into the far wall. Breathing heavily, Ikati glared at the Alien, frustration evident on his face.

"You won't get away with this!" The Alien, unfazed, floated back and raised a hand, creating an illusion of Yuma standing behind Ikati, which further enraged him.

"You're losing your grip, Ikati. You're outmatched here." With one last surge of fire, Ikati prepared to retaliate, but the Alien used its telekinesis to levitate debris from the room, hurling it at Ikati in a whirlwind of chaos. Ikati knocked several boulders and concrete chunks away, punching through glass, suddenly being bound up by energy from the Alien again.

Yuma lay unconscious on the floor, the fight raging around him. The Alien, sensing Yuma's vulnerability, took one last look at Ikati and whispered,

"This ends now." Just as Ikati attempted to break free, the energy from the throne room surged, and a bright light enveloped the space. Yuma's eyelids fluttered as he slowly began to wake. Ikati stood battered and surrounded by debris, heavily breathing. The Alien is nowhere to be seen. Ikati starts laughing.

"Finally they're gone! I can finally kill you now, Alien King!" Yuma grits his teeth, painfully rising standing.
