Lin Feng knew Su Zi wouldn't let him take advantage of her easily. He wondered how she would try to get out of it. Instead of immediately making breakfast as promised, after washing up, he spent half an hour doing aerobic exercises. Only then did he enter the kitchen to cook a large pot of beef congee with the frozen beef Cao Ying had bought. He also casually stir-fried two Chinese cabbages. A simple and nutritious breakfast was thus prepared.
By the time Lin Feng placed the two plates of stir-fried cabbage on the dining table, Su Zi came downstairs, bundled up in a long cotton t-shirt and jeans, a mischievous smile on her face.
However, when Su Zi saw only two small side dishes on the table, her expression immediately darkened.
"Lin Feng, you're really something else! I told you to make something simple, not *this* simple. This is practically malicious! Both plates are stir-fried cabbage... That's basically just one dish!"
