"Hey, why did you suggest Jōnin are the ones favoured by the village compare to
Tokubetsu Jōnin?" Sasuke asked Kakashi on their way to Konoha through a boat.
It was night time, where Sakura and Naruto too tired to stay awake.
"You read that official ranking description?" Kakashi asked, which Sasuke nod.
Kakashi sighed: "I will give you two sets of shinobis as example to prove my point."
"Their is Anko Mitarashi and Team Gemma that supoosed to qualify as Jōnin since they know how to use at least 2 types of element chakra and had sufficient accolades from a very young age."
"However, those 4 sufferred politically, hence theit rank still stuck at Tokubetsu Jōnin." Kakashi said, skimming part where Anko was the best student of Orchimaru, the S-rank missing-nin and Team Gemma was bodyguard of 4th Hokage, who failed to carry on their duty, got blamed for it and permanently place in guarding the village entrance.
"While their are Jōnin like Kurenai and Guy whom are terrible at using any kind of ninjutsu and later was recently promoted despite having far less achievement than any Tokubetsu Jōnin but she still is Jōnin " Kakashi said, with no intention of making them look bad.
Especially her since she was not promoted because Asuma liked her, her father was loyal supportor of 3rd Hokage and she inherited the mantle from him, making her a trustful shinobi for 3rd Hokage to use, with additional benefit of watching over Asuma and Anko.
Sasuke, remembering the anime, asked:
"By the way, how many Jōnin their are in Konoha?"
"24, but it could be higher as Anbu rank are not disclosed to public and I am not talking about shinobis that are station at Fire Daimyo palace and place of his officials."
He noticed least 75-90% of them consist of members from Sarutobi, Nara, Yamanaka and Akimichi clans but Kakashi choose not to disclose it, feeling its better that some words are not spoken.
Even though he found it annoying that Tenzo, who used Wood Release and was Anbu captain was still a Chūnin and Aoba Yamashiro, the infanous shinobi missing-nin tend to avoid was still a Tokubetsu Jōnin.
"Anyway, show me the jutsu you use on Haku to tilt my attack to avoid hitting his heart." Kakashi asked which Sasuke agreed and explained the mechanic of it.
It was obvious why Kakashi asked it, so both sides did not delve much.

Now Konoha had a reliable supply of chakra metal which was not known by other villages yet.
He could not helped but gave off a pleasant face to Kakashi, who benefitted the village after forming his team.
While he was worried that the village may run out C rank mission for other Genins in a rate Team 7 was finishing, however soon he found that Konoha were bombarded with more C ranks and B rank mission that cover up the rate they were finishing missions.
Unlike D rank missions, C and especially B rank missions made significant amount of money of the village since they take 20% of mission commission as fees while S and A rank were extremely rare and mostly issued by village themsleves.
Considering Kakashi report, that suggested Team 7 'medicore performance where Kakashi sometimes stepped in', 3rd Hokage believed that Kakashi was promoting Konoha, impressing clients enough to rely on Konoha again and encouraging them to suggest other to take help from Konoha if they faced problems.
Though actual credit goes to Sasuke who in previous life, work in hospitality and especially hotel industry for a while and knew how to impress them such as following orders without questioning them and not argue back if want something contratry to their orginal demand, maintaining 'clients right' policy which he taught to his other teammates which won countless hearts of wealthy or influential clients especially that had a terrible impression of shinobi.
Seeing the Hokage good mood, Kakashi casually handover the amount of missions he wanted to given to Team 7 in a sheet of paper.
Hokage was curious, since Kakashi was unsually quiet for a while and handover this peice of paper.

'Around 31 C-rank mission and 4 B rank mission for every month.'
Assigning B rank mission was extremely unusual to Genin teams, reserved normally to Chūnin or during war times.
However, he approved it, seeing no problem of it.
He preseumed B rank missions meant to train his teams, same reason why he wanted C rank missions right away.
And Hokahe wanted them to grow strong, it was a win-win situation for both of them.
"Is their any anything you want other than commission?" 3rd Hokage offered, feeling generous after imagining amount of weapons Anbu would get that going to be made of Chakra metals.
"A 2 C rank jutsus and 1 B rank jutsu." Kakashi humbly asked, intended for Sakura and Naruto.

A tomato curry!
After stirring for a while and took plenty of taste test, he pour generous amount of them in a large bowl.
One may expect it would paired with fluffy rice, meats, fish or veggies.
But it paired with, flesh of Jinchūriki Forms version 2!!!!!!
"Hope curry would mask away any terrible flavour it had." Sasuke hoped while dropping all the flesh he collected from the scene and stirred with a spoon for even coating.

While Sasuke was not sure how much Indra chakra OG Sasuke got access to before meeting Hangromo thanks to never been mentioned before, he had a feeling his current chakra would be a bottle neck in his future progress.
So according to Gold and Silver brothers case, whom consumed and gain Kurama Chakra to use without problem because they were descendents of Hangromo, Sasuke was confident he would benefitted as well since he was an Uchiha who was descendents of Hangromo as well.

And after finishing, he felt surge of chakra in his body where his eyes resembles Kuruma.
However the pupil design gets overriden when he activated his base Sharingan and EMS, ensuring him that it would not cause him to trouble if he used with Sharingan.
'Lets use Sharin no hensō.' thought, using it benchmark, where his current chakra allows it last 6 minutes assuming no jutsu was used by Sasuke.
Looking at the clock and mirror that was near the table, he anticipated the eventual end of it.

While it was less than Sasuke wanted, he was still satisfied since if he had anymore, he would gave off red chakra cloak, making it harder to use as long as elder council was there.
He just needed to await for his chakra to recover so that he can use Bunseki to see how to activate at his will when using with Sharigan.
