Yun Xiao finally smiled contently.
The old wooden hut, the low bed, the lingering smell of fish in the air, and a warm lady by his side—suddenly, he felt a happiness like never before.
"Yun Xiao, talk about your parents," Xia Dabao said idly.
She felt they had to talk, or it would be awkward.
"My parents? I have only a vague impression of them," Yun Xiao said. He only remembered lying on his mother's lap as she hummed a song to him, nothing else.
"So how did you grow up..."
