Probably noticing the fatigue in Jian Yanyan's voice, Qin Yin put down her paintbrush and asked seriously, "What's wrong?"
"Something happened to the Jiang Family." Jian Yanyan said this with some difficulty.
Qin Yin was stunned for a few seconds, remembering the morning news she watched with Nan Sichen. She hadn't paid much attention at the time because they didn't have much to do with the Jiang Family, and she didn't think of Jiang Meilin. It was only when Jian Yanyan called her that she remembered Jiang Meilin, and it seemed that Yanyan had called her last night.
Thinking about it, Qin Yin suddenly understood why Jian Yanyan seemed so downcast and weary.
"Yanyan, the Jiang Family's matter has nothing to do with you, don't overthink it." Qin Yin knew Jian Yanyan all too well; although she could be sharp-tongued at times, she was extraordinarily sincere and had a heart genuinely kind beyond measure.
"Really?" Jian Yanyan asked blankly.
