Chapter 85 - 14-

Chapter 14: 1A Contingency Plans

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Deku

Izuku Midoriya is a good-hearted young man, who intends to be like his idol and pre-successor All Might, the Eight holders of One For All.

Though in the case Midorya becomes a threat, these actions are needed to stop the chosen successor of one Toshinori Yagi.

As powerful as One For All is, it doesn't compare to the powers that have been seen in DC Comics.

The quirk is just a quirk, the same can be said with Midoriya's physiology of human beings.

As powerful of a quirk as One For All is, Midoriya's physical body isn't a perfect vessel.

Throughout his hero's journey, the body has faced multiple injuries and physical trauma in two semesters.

Fighting Midoriya in one-on-one combat is possible, but better to work smarter than hard.

In case Midoriya becomes a threat, attacking him psychologically is mightier than fighting him head-on, 'unless the hero is alien or magical.' Psychological attacks require learning about Midoriya in his personal life. Having his loved ones hostage is a possibility.

Another way is turning his drive to save someone and turning his greatest drive into his weakness.

Villains like the RIddler would be a psychological struggle for Midoriya, affecting his decisions from logical and moral decisions. Placing him in a death trap from the design by Edward Nygma would be enough, with two possible hostages in two different locations. Forcing Midoriya to choose one over the other.

Even if Midoriya was able to solve one riddle, a life was lost in the process.

Another possibility of a psychological attack is messing with his own emotions.

The process can be done via sorcery from the Teen Titan member, Raven, her empathic sorcery can alter Midoriya's emotions rapidly. Having him face Raven is overkill, especially when we're talking about a witch who can travel from Azarath to Hell, and back. There is no telling that the witch can just drag him down to Hell.

Another way to attack Midoriya emotionally is by testing the Fear toxin on him. True, that One For All has a psychic block from past users. The Fear Toxin is a drug not the work of a telepath.

The toxin itself can bring the Man of Steel to witness his greatest fears, a human being such as Midoriya would affect him as much as any victim of Jonathan Crane.

Another way to attack Midoriya psychologically is with technology. Nanomachines from STAR Labs that can project audio and visual images could affect Midoriya, as much as Batman's contingency plans for the Amazon. The Nanomachines can make Midoriya believe he was fighting a never-ending number of foes until his heart gives out, or when a sniper was lucky enough to take the killing blow.

Combat would have been the last solution in case any of the plans failed. As much as he is a great fighter, he is not a master when it comes to combat. Heroes like Wonder Woman, Batman, and the Karate Kid(A member of the Legion of Superheroes, not Ralph Macchio.) The same can be said with villains such as Deathstroke, Cheshire, and Lady Shiva.

In case the hero or villains aren't these skilled warriors. The needed requirements are needed. How powerful Midoriya is, he is still human. Attacking him biologically with drugs would ensure a victory. Long exposure to jellyfish poison is a good but long process. The quicker poison would be the Black Mamba venom.

The other way is knowing the human anatomy, injuring Midoriya would prevent him from fighting, The test was shown with his fight with muscular. Breaking the boy's back would do the trick.

Another way to prevent him from fighting is by attacking his pressure points. Better to be done by Lady Shiva herself, if the combatant isn't Shiva, I suggest trying other ways to stop Midoriya,

Remember this contingency, must only be approved. if Midoriya has become a threat, and it means to be neutralized, not killed.

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Ground Zero.

Katsuki Bakugo is a well-driven young man to becomes the Number One Hero, The boy has a powerful quirk but has horrible anger issues and an ego to boot. It has been tested over time that Katsuki Bakugo has no intentions of becoming a villain. The boy also has shown personal growth since his failed test results at the provisional exam, and his kidnapping.

If ever the case Katsuki Bakugo betrays his dream of heroics by becoming a threat to society, from brainwashing or his personal choice. This is what is needed to do to stop Bakugo, in case he is drawn to the dark side.

There are many ways to defeat Bakugo, The first step is to know the target and how he would react when it comes to conflict.

Better to suggest reading his school flies and studying the target.

In case the combatant knows Bakugo on a personal level or from simply observing the target in contact, best to ensure. Fighting him head-on is a bad decision.

Note that his quirk is powerful, but this quirk also carries flaws of its own, rendering a weakness.

To understand the quirks and weaknesses is from the understanding of Human biology and understand what kind of sweat Bakugo is producing.

The best way to fight Bakugo is to prevent him from sweating, no sweat equals no explosions.

Bakugo is biologically human, he sweats as much as any other human, from motion and heat. A suggestive environment is a room with subzero temperatures, though the combatant may require stripping Bakugo of his clothes. The knowledge that his winter Hero costume keeps him warm from the temperatures of winter.

Another way is trapping him with Batman's ice grenade, and just physically knocking out Bakugo in the process. Villains such as Mr. Freeze and his freeze gun would ensure trapping the boy in a frozen prison. In case Victor has to face off against Bakugo in combat, perhaps Freeze isn't the best villain for the job.

Better to have Professor Caitlin Snow(The comic book adaptation, not CW) face off against Bakugo.

Professor Snow is a heat vampire she absorbs heat to make herself stronger. It was shown when absorbing the heat from El Diablo and Superman. In the pages of Justice League versus The Suicide Squad, It was shown after absorbing Superman's body heat. Killer Frost can capture the members of the Justice League by freezing them.

Her Meta powers alone would stand against Bakugo's explosion, and Caitlin Snow is a better choice unlike her pre-successors, Crystal Frost, and Louise Lincoln. Snow has no intention of killing. It is why Batman paroled Snow by releasing her from Belle Reve and drafting her to be part of the Justice League of America.

Another weakness of Bakugo is water.

Sweat is still liquid, water would prevent Bakugo from making his explosions. Research shows that Bakugo's sweat is nitroglycerin.

Having water to dow off Bakugo's sweat would make the superpowered sweat useless. The best way to insert water is from his gauntlets. His support item is meant to contain his sweat, which is liquid. In theory, it meant a form of liquid can also enter, such as water.

It is unknown how the gauntlets work when inserting liquid, but if the theory is correct better test the theory with water base powers, like from Mera or Jackson Hyde.

In the case one has to confront Bakugo in battle in physical combat, fighting Bakugo quirkless is possible, but difficult.

The idea of Fighting him head-on must only be the last resort, and fighting him without a plan would be a bad idea.

A possible suggestion to win is to tip him off balance in terms of psychological assaults.

Bakugo's biggest mental shield is his huge ego, attacking his ego psychologically requires either knowing him on a personal level or having a master's psychology. A great combatant would be someone good at manipulation. Like The Joker.

Seeing the clown naturalize Bakugo is a bad idea, knowing that the clown would rather kill him in the process. It is better to send his Ex-Girlfriend to fight Bakugo. Knowing that Harley Quinn is trying her very best to be a Hero and her current status of being a part of the Bat Family.

Harley Quinn is a trained psychologist and a brilliant manipulator. She outsmarted the Trinity within the pages of the DC Comics Event, Heroes in Crisis, and her showdown with Lobo in Injustice Comics.

Don't let her looks fool you, Harley is a great combatant, as her person, a member of the Suicide Squad, or a Hero and part of the Bat Family.

Knowing Miss Quinn, she would try helping Bakugo besides kicking his ass, like she once did against Clown Hunter and Duela Dent. Who was formerly known as Joker's Daughter, now deceased during the events of the Joker Wars.

Remember this contingency, must only be approved. if Bakugo has become a threat, and it means to be neutralized, not killed.

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Uravity.

Ochaco Uraraka is a sweet-natured child from a poor family. Has the motivation to earn money to provide for her family, and has a goal of becoming a Pro Hero. Among everyone on this list, she is unlikely to turn into a threat to society, but in case she succumbs to the influence of brainwashing or becomes a villain to provide for her family. This contingency is needed.

The first step is to know the target, which wouldn't be hard. The girl is an open book, easy to read. cause her downfall to be simple, in case she goes rogue.

Her Quirk of zero gravity requires all five of her fingers to make contact with the object that she plans to touch. However, removing a single finger from each hand would make her useless.

Even if one of the combatants decided to remove one of her hands. I doubt quirks have the same effect as one would cut off Medusa's head, and still be functioning even once it's cut off.

Such as in the story of Perseus, when the Hero cut off Medusa's head and turned the Kraken into stone.

I do not doubt that quirks don't have the same effect. If quirks do have the same effect, better to cut off Aizawa's head or remove his red eyes and turn them into a weapon.

The girl knows how to defend herself with Gun Head martial arts, but I doubt one week's lesson would be enough for her to defend against the Fighters that DC Comics have to offer. That is why there is a difference between knowing a martial art, versus mastering the combat arts. Sending Damian Wayne or Emiko Queen would be enough to defeat Uraraka.

If the Dark Web puts an assassination hit on her. A simple gunshot to the head would be enough.

Remember this contingency, must only be approved. if Uraraka has become a threat, and it means to be neutralized, not killed.

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Ingenium.

The Class President of Class 1A, a shining repetition of a star pupil. However, in case Tenya Iida becomes a threat to society. This is what one has to do to defeat Iida.

The only real threat about Iida is his speed, take out his speed and have a defeated target.

It is best to recall that Iida has zero connection to the Speed Force, he is nowhere near as fast as Wallace West the 10th fastest speedster in DC Comics.

Tenya's quirk, Engine, is located in his calves.

There are two ways to prevent him from using his quirk, the non-lethal way, and the bloody way.

The non-lethal way is to block his engine pipes. Like with Batman's ice grenade, glue grenade. or with High-Density Polyurethane Foam from Green Arrow.

The Bloody way is to cut off his legs. Truly Preventing him from using his quirk, forever.

Remember this contingency, must only be approved. if Iida has become a threat, and it means to be neutralized, not killed.

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Chargebolt.

Denki Kaminari, the class clown of Class 1A. A loyal friend to many. However, in case Kaminari becomes a threat to society this contingency is needed.

From writing this contingency, it wasn't easy to write.

It wasn't because Denki Kaminari is a likable character and a fan favorite. It's because in theory. Chargebolt is one powerful opponent.

Denki Kaminari isn't much of a threat, but his quirk is.

Electricity as a whole is nothing to scoff at or treat power as a joke. Electricity is energy with limitless potential for science.

If ever Kaminari had a better understanding of how electricity works. He could have been one of the powerhouses of Class 1A. Even with an IQ like his, he is dangerous if ever he becomes a threat to society.

Studying Kaminari in action.

He showed that the boy can absorb and neutralize electricity and other lightning-based Quirks. Quite similar to Black Lightning. However, Kaminari has little to no control over it, meaning it will go everywhere indiscriminately. Exceeding his wattage limit causes his brain to short-circuit, leaving him in a vulnerable state for 1 hour.

Lately, since his training at the Summer camp, Kaminari has been aware of his short-circuit weakness and provided himself with support items.

A possible way to fight Kaminari is fighting with electricity. Heroes and Villains like Black Lightning (Jefferson Pierce), Lightning (Jennifer Pierce), Static (Virgil Hawkins), and Livewire (Leslie Willis). Any one of these Heroes and Villains would be a great opponent for Kaminari to overload him to short-circuit from combat.

Outside of combat another way to defeat Chargebolt is by prison him. There are plenty of materials that would contain Kaminari's electricity. Such as aluminum, silver, and copper.

Among everyone in this contingency plan to defeat Class 1A. Denki Kaminari is one of the most difficult individuals to defeat from his power alone. The combatant requires a plan to defeat him. Denki Kaminari isn't like Lester Bushinsky the Electrocutioner from Arkham Origins.

Simply kicking him on the head isn't enough due to his training with the UA staff.

Bolas made of materials that would conduct electricity, such as rubber, would hold him down, enough time to knock him down.

Denki Kaminari is a difficult opponent if one doesn't take him seriously. Remember this contingency must only be approved in case Chargebolt becomes a threat. He must only be neutralized, not killed.

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Shoto.

Shoto Todoroki is a hottie with a hot body.

"Remember this isn't Bruce Wayne writing the contingency plans, but the author."

Outside of that. He is one of the smartest students in class 1A, and he has been training his quirks at a very young age. In case Shoto Todoroki becomes a threat to society, these plans are needed.

Shoto has the power to create both ice and fire.

Ice as ginormous as an Iceberg, and hot enough to heat the metal skin of Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu.

Shoto is as difficult an opponent as Denki Kaminari, Katsuki Bakugo, and Izuku Midoriya.

There are a lot of ways to defeat Shoto physically, due to the fact he can create ice and fire, perhaps attacking physically should be the second plan, never the first.

First off, getting close to him physically would be difficult, there are Heroes and Villains that would defeat him physically. In theory, the best choice is to attack mentally.

As strong as Shoto physically is, he also has a lot of mental trauma and emotional trauma, aiming to attack his mental stability. Would be a great way to attack him.

Telepaths such as the Hero Martian Manhunter, and the villain Psimon would be a great way to defeat him. Brain Blasting would knock him out. Overdoing it destroys his mind.

Telekinesis from the same hero and villain that was mentioned would work too against Shoto as a form of physical attack.

A speedster who is connected to the speed force would be a great opponent against Shoto. The Flash has experience fighting a duo that controls fire and ice as a weapon, such as Captain Cold and Heatwave.

Unlike Leonard Snart and Mick Rory whose weapons can create the elements. Shoto is an elemental wielder. The smartest way to defeat Shoto is by taking away his oxygen. The Flash did something similar against Killer Frost(Louise Lincoln) when she was with The Society.

Remember this contingency, must only be approved. if Shoto Todoroki has become a threat and needs to be neutralized, not killed.

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Earphone Jack.

Kyoka Jiro is one social butterfly who likes to tease her peers. Within the battlefield she is more towards reconnaissance, helping to locate with her hearing, and she can be a powerful opponent by using sounds as her arsenal. In case Earphone Jack becomes a villain there are ways to take her down.

The first step is to know the target.

Unlike Present Mic and Black Canary. Her sonic attacks were only possible due to the help of her support items. Due to those support items, it increases the amount of soundwave to create controlled earthquakes. This feat happened before at the Provision License exam and 1A's fight against Nine.

Creating an Earthquake by using sounds is not something to scoff at, or take it lightly. In theory, If she wants to she can kill someone with her gear alone. Those soundwaves would be enough to melt the brain from vibrations alone.

As mentioned earlier, the best way to defeat her is to take care of her gear. It has been done before during her Provision License test, and the sniper was a student. Someone like Deadshot would make the gunshot to Jiro's gear like child's play.

Jiro's extra body parts her Earphone Jacks, have been shown that they can bleed and get sore. Her Earlobes work like wires for the Jacks, though in the end, they are earlobes, and just like any earlobe they can be pierced stuff like earrings.

Another way to defeat her is by cutting her connection to her earphone jacks. Doing so would make her quirkless.

Some warriors know how to wield knives or arrows.

The sharp and pointing arrows, not trick arrows.

Lastly, If ever Black Canary or Silver Banshee is reading these plans, just know that your sonic cries are stronger than Kyoka Jiro's very own sonic attack from her gear and her jacks. Their supersonic cries would cause Kyoka Jiro to be deaf.

Remember this contingency, must only be approved. if Kyoka Jiro has become a threat and needs to be neutralized, not killed.

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Creati.

Momo Yaoyorozu is a very prudent, dedicated person who acts as a natural leader. She is generally level-headed and calm in dangerous situations, but she isn't above falling into a panic.

Opening a clear weakness in case Creati becomes a threat to Society.

The First step is to know that her biggest weakness is not physical but mental.

Attacking her psychology is a more powerful gun than any other physical gun.

A direct mental attack would mess up her creations because creating requires concentration and body fat.

Unlike the Green Lanterns of Earth who have more experience, and willpower, and can create something with a single thought while on the battlefield. Creati doesn't have that experience.

It is why the simulator ring didn't choose her to wield a green lantern power ring. Even for someone who is diagnosed with Anxiety, such as Jessica Crews, a Green Lantern ring has chosen her. Because Jessica was able to conquer her fear and anxiety with her Willpower, making her a candidate to be part of the Green Lantern Corps.

Momo's self-doubts are why she isn't worthy of the Green Lantern Power Ring.

True, she was able to pass her Final Exam, but it doesn't mean it truly got rid of her self-doubt. A telepathic attack from Psimon, or being exposed to Scarecrow's Fear Toxin would help bring back her self-doubt.

If a combatant needs to fight her in person. A Highly skilled fighter would be enough to defeat her. The combatant has to make sure that their attacks would distract Creati away from her concentration, preventing her from making anything.

In case she does make a creation. It is best to know that her creation is only possible since the target has a full stomach, and that her creation is from her body fat.

Now you know how to take down Creati, remember this contingency must be approved first, and it's meant to neutralize the target not to kill them.

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Red Riot.

Eijiro is a boisterous and outgoing guy with a fondness for manliness, often using the terms "manly" and "unmanly" to describe things and people he does or doesn't like, respectively. However, in case he becomes a threat to society, this contingency plan is needed.

Red Riot's quirk hardening turns his entire body hard as a rock. Piercing him would be tough. I am scared to say, the use of Magic and alien technology might be needed to pierce his hardened skin

Wonder Woman's sword made by Amazonium would cut Red Riot's hardened skin, the same with her Tiara, knowing it cut the skin of the Man of Steel.

Speaking of the Last Son of Krypton. Any Kryptonian would easily damage Red Riot's hardened skin. Such as his son or his dog.

Surely These options would pierce him for sure.

A simpler option would just capture him and stop him from moving. Green Arrow's trick arrow that contains High-Density Polyurethane Foam would be enough to stop him from moving.

Now you know how to take down Red Riot, remember this contingency must be approved first, and it's meant to neutralize the target not to kill them.

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Cellophane.

Hanta has proven to be one of the more sociable members of Class 1-A. He can sometimes be loud and showy, often trying to impress his peers with his Quirk.

He is often the only person to call his classmates out when they act crazy. He is pretty humorous and usually makes jokes with his classmates. However, when push comes to shove, Hanta is a brave hero-in-training who wishes to prosper on his own while helping others do the same. He makes friends with those around him and is shown to be a very laid-back guy.

However, in case Cellophane becomes a villain or brainwashed becoming a threat to society this Contingency is needed.

Hanta has proven himself a very competent combatant, with a great handle on his versatile Quirk, Like a certain Web-Head in red and blue thighs and no, I'm not talking about Black Spider.

From the knowledge of quirk physiology, his tape arms would eventually get tired, like any other muscle.

The tape alone does have an elemental weakness shown in his fight with Shoto Todoroki in the Sports Festival. The two heroic elemental women duo, are Fire (Beatriz da Costa) and Ice (Tora Olafsdotter). There are also the members of The Rogues. Captain Cold(Lenard Snart) and Heatwave(Mic Rory) would be enough. Asking someone stronger like Firestorm or someone as strong as Superman would be overdoing it.

At the end of the day, Sero isn't a major threat even if he was brainwashed to do evil deeds. Unless somehow Sero was trained to assassinate and used his tape as a noose, there is nothing much to do to defeat him.

Now you know how to take down Cellophane, remember this contingency must be approved first, and it's meant to neutralize the target not to kill them.

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Froppy.

Tsuyu is a straightforward young lady. Who always speaks bluntly from her mind about what she truly thinks about others. She has a strong sense of right and wrong. Through the way that their society taught them to see the world. She is living in a Black and White world, believing that the gray side doesn't exist.

Making her a highly suspect or target for brainwashing or to be a threat to society. This Contingency is needed if ever she went to the side of the villains.

If any UA students are reading this or even Fumikage Tokoyami. Please know this contingency is necessary to stop her. I understand that she is a good friend and secret girlfriend. The plan would only be engaged if she goes rogue.

The best way to defeat the target is to understand the mutant biology of a frog.

It was shown throughout her time at UA and outside of the school. That the frog biology is her weakness.

The ladies of Seiai Academy. (How the F, do you pronounce that school?) was able to figure out a simple and easy-to-execute plan to defeat Tsuyu and her team. It only took the girls to the air conditioner in extremely low temperatures.

If the students of… that school. Can figure out her weaknesses easily. Any Heroes and Villains from MHA and DC Comics would have easily figured out that weakness too.

Ice Villains like Mr. Freeze, Killer Frost, Captain Cold, and Icicle Jr. can create the room into an ice fortress. Similar to how Mr. Freeze was able to lower the temperature within his Boss Fights in the Arkham games, Arkham City, Origin, and the DLC Side Mission in Arkham Knight.

Froppy would have been a frozen frog if she had to face villains like them.

Asui believes that being underwater would be the place where she would be safe or at the most advantageous.

That's where she is wrong.

Atlanteans have the most advantage over Froppy and threats like Aquaman, Mera, and Ocean Master. Including threats like King Shark, Killer Croc, and the underrated Batman Villain, Orca.

Now you know how to take down Cellophane, remember this contingency must be approved first, and it's meant to neutralize the target not to kill them.

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Tsukuyomi.

Fumikage is reserved, serious, and focused, albeit noble and valiant as well.

However, from what I have seen the quietest ones are hiding power that they're too shy to show. Like how Slade Wilson thought toward the gothic member of the Teen Titans back in the cartoon episode Birthmark.

Through how strong Dark Shadow is, he gets stronger in complete darkness, very similar to how Superman absorbs the yellow sun radiation. However, just like the Man of Steel, Dark Shadow has his version of Kryptonite, which is light.

There are several ways to hurt Dark Shadow, but the simplest would be having a bright light around the individual or they could produce light such as Todoroki and Bakugo.

Similar to how both boys knew about Dark Shadow's quickness, from fighting him or from training.

There are plenty of DC Heroes who can produce light. Fire, Starfire, or even the underrated superhero, Doctor Light (Kimiyo Hoshi).

However, what caught my interest is that some heroes and villains use darkness and use it against Tsukuyomi.

The villain The Shade (Richard Swift), An interesting Meta-Human. It was shown that Shihai Kuruiro can control Dark Shadow, and The Shade can do it too.

However, their method is different.

For Shihai, his method is like a hand entering a hand puppet.

For The Shade, his method is the puppet master pulling the strings of his marionette puppet.

What Shade can do with his Meta Powers He can manipulate darkness.

As interesting as that is, it's not what I have in mind. You see, The Shade can use the darkness as a portal. Once he does open a portal he can trap both Fumikage and Dark Shadow into a darkness prison. In which Shade is their warden.

The same thing can be said if Mirror Master was the one who fought Tokoyami. The villain doesn't even need to fight him but rather trap him in the Mirror Dimension.

Lastly and of course, is the biggest question. Towards many thoughts of others. The dream match between Tsukuyomi and Teen Titans' member herself, the daughter of Trigon, Raven.

There is no doubt that Raven could have defeated Tsukuyomi. Knowing her feat, Like defeating Daddy-Dearest. What's interesting, she'll be holding back. Knowing how powerful Raven truly is.

Now you know how to take down Tukuyomi, remember this contingency must be approved first, and it's meant to neutralize the target not to kill them.

Agamemnon Contingency, file code name: Pinky.

Mina is a cheerful and easy-going sociable young lady. Due to her athleticism and energy. Mina enjoys and is very skilled at dancing and her skills in battle are playful. However, in case she becomes a threat to society or succumbs to brainwashing these contingencies are needed.

Before engaging the target better to know the target first.

Her quirk is nothing unique but it doesn't mean it's less dangerous.

Pinky can produce acid, similar to the chemical itself. Just like the chemical it has the same effect to melt down objects like the pointer robots from the Entrance exam. However, there is a limit to how far she can spread and how much she can produce.

Understanding that her body can produce acid. It would be a simple understanding of chemistry.

Also a game of keep-away.

or the usage of long-range attacks.

Getting near her is possible. The individual can be a quiet ninja who can knock her out from a single attack. Members of the Bat Family are possible. Batman himself, Damian Wayne, or Cassandra Cain can do it. Being trained by ninjas, like the League of Assassins, and Lady Shiva.

As for long-range as I mentioned, Batarangs, Trick Arrows, or Boomerangs would do the trick.

Starfire's star bolts or Superman's heat vision would be overdoing it, or even sniper bullets from Deadshot would be too much.

Now you know how to take down Pinky, remember this contingency must be approved first, and it's meant to neutralize the target not to kill them.

The next bunch of entries wouldn't be that difficult or long. Taking them down would be simple to execute.

Can't Stop Twinkling.

Even with his quirk training his stomach aches are a problem. A problem that can be used against him.

Knowing his little dirty secret, wouldn't change much. It is better to know how his quirk works.

There are plenty of Heroes and Villains in DC Comics who can shoot lasers either from superpowers like Star Bolts or from technology like Power Rings.

They work the same as a gun. Aim and Shoot.

Aoyama's particular gun comes from his belly button. The objective is to neutralize Aoyama not defeat him in the battle of lazers.

Having him a target that he cannot see would be simple enough. Like Batman when he is fighting in the shadows. A loud takedown or a silent one would be enough to knock him down.

Tailman.

Mashiro Ojiro's only skills are his martial arts and his combat with his tail. However, it doesn't mean he is a master of martial arts.

Any other martial artist can defeat him, including Itsuka Kendo.

Any combatant like Batman, Wild Cat, Deathstroke, or even Cheshire can take him down.

His tail is nothing special, it's not like it's a scorpion tail filled with venom.

Anima.

Physical knockout.

Beast Boy better not fight him. It has been seen that Animal mind control affects Beast Boy.

Invisible Girl.

Even though she is invisible it doesn't mean she isn't there. There still is a body to knock out. Seeing her won't be a problem.

Thermal vision or Batman's detective vision would work too. Even Catwoman goggles would see her.

Telepaths like Ms. Martian can sense her Mind-Touch, and knock her out mentally.

Heroes and Villains with animal trait powers like Vixen and Beast Boy can sense her scent

Tentacole.

His quirk allows him to duplicate other parts of his body such as ears and lips.

He is quite strong for his age, but I have seen stronger individual.

Besides his appearance, he is still Human in terms of biology. Besides combat, there are also toxins like Jellyfish poison.

Sugar Man.

Just like Tentacole, his strength is impressive due to eating sugar.

His quirk Sugar Rush allows him to increase his strength, but within a three-minute limit. Though after his time limit ended he would be sleepy. There wouldn't be any special treatment to take down Sato.

A quick and simple solution to neutralize Sugar Man is quite similar to Red Riot. High-density polyurethane foam would stop him from moving.

Including to prevent him from eating sugar.

Lastly, there is Mineta.
