Chapter 9: Fireworks
Young Justice
Season 1, Episode 2.
Fireworks.
00:00 - 01:14 The first scene of the episode started, showing Dr. Desmond talking to the board of directors of CADMUS.
They also learned what the board of directors calls themselves, The Light.
Izuku wrote down a new page for the group called The Light, in his notebook. Bakugo rolls his eyes, believing that The Light is nothing more than a loser group such as the League of Villains.
The Heroes put their concern towards The Light, and what is their goal? They assume their another League of Villains, They know that Tomura Shigaraki only plans to kill All Might, and to change society for their vision.
They assume the Light has a similar goal and wants to die of the Justice League.
All For One is curious about The Light.
For as long as he lived and the old time when he reigns he had no problem ruling Japan. Until One For All was passed down from generation to generation, and All Might finally beat him. He starts to think. Having a reign is good, but after seeing The Light, they have multiple members that are treated as equals. He wouldn't mind joining the Light, at least with them a reign of terror is possible once again.
Fate can be so cruel, sometimes, he cannot live in another universe, he can just watch, while being here in the Fifth Dimension, hosted by two imps and a house plant.
After learning who the Light is, the audience continues to listen to their conversation, and the Light had decided on what to do with, Robin, Kid Flash, and Aqualad. That however shocked the Heroes and students the most.
"What the fuck, they plan to clone the sidekicks… Once the process is complete the clones would take their place and be side to side with their mentors, Batman, The Flash, and Aquaman." Hawks summarise The Light's order to Dr. Desmond.
The rest of the Heroes were shocked and angry towards the plan of the Light, by simply cloning the sidekick it would create a mole inside their Hero system, While in the system the clone can report everything they would learn and send the info to the light, it was no doubt a perfect plan for the villains.
The UA staff knows that there is still a traitor among them, a staff member, a student, or a fallen hero. To the point, they don't know who it is, a male, or female.
At the moment, they can push the matter aside. They want to know what is the Light's plan to the sidekicks once the cloning process is over.
01:14 - 1:23
Then Dr. Desmond asked the leader of the Light what to do with the source material for the upcoming clone.
The answer wasn't lovely.
Depose of them.
"Oh mon Dieu!" Yuga Aoyama shrieks towards the leader's order, as he and the rest of the students are afraid for the coming fate of the Teen Heroes.
"Have you had no heart, You Bastard!" Eijiro yelled at the mysterious leader.
As the students are angry at the Light, they weren't the only ones, Their teachers are angry too. The Other Pro Heroes are angry too, but it's different when it comes to the UA staff.
This is why they fear the idea of teenage vigilantes, dawning the cape and costumes, not just bringing hope to the people, but it makes them a target too.
All Might knows that Tomura aims to eliminate, Izuku Midoriya since they met in the USJ, but he doesn't understand the psychology of Tomura's mind, Theories rose believing he failed his master not being there for Tenko, and he creates that theory to give him a reason to blame himself, he knows he cannot change the past, but his fear for the future is something is scared of.
He can no longer protect 1A and 1B, let alone his successor. The mask of All Might is gone, people calling him All Might to this day is nothing more than showing their respect towards all he has done as All Might. Toshinori's greatest fear is that he cannot protect them. Once they truly dawn the masks and capes, they would be wearing a target too.
Midoriya and the rest of the Hero course students are not his sidekicks, but he is his student. He tried giving each one of them his attention as a teacher, not just a hero. Now seeing that the sidekicks are about to be killed, and be replaced with clones that are slaves being controlled by the Light. The thought ills him like it was poison or a virus.
Just like any poison or virus, it can spread. Shota Aizawa is for once on the same page as All Might, this is why he doesn't like the idea of Teen Heroes. Because he saw it all before, as he glance at Kurogiri.
He and Oboro Shirakumo were just 16 years old, in their second year in the Hero course. Oboro Shirakumo was the complete opposite of Aizawa, maybe that's why they end up being friends and having a sense of brotherhood. Until the accident took place during their second-year work studies, when his friend Oboro Shirakumo died, at the age of 16.
The true reason why he doesn't like the idea of Teen heroes having nothing to do because their young is because he doesn't want them to end up like Oboro Shirakumo.
Or worse, becoming Kurogiri, and becoming a slave for All For One.
Now right in front of him, History repeats itself, and he cannot do anything but watch as old feelings start to rise to the surface once more.
"No, not again," Aizawa mutters as his voice starts to break. "Oboro, forgive me."
01:23 - 2:06 (After the opening credits.)
While it was shown outside having a 4th of July firework show. In the depths of CADMUS, three teen heroes were caged up, those Heroes were, Robin, Kid Flash, and Aqualad.
Seeing them once again made the Heroes and Students curious about how would they escape before the cloning process because there are no signals to contact the league. They're afraid that none of the Justice League members could ever save them.
Until they heard a voice, rooting for the Teen Heroes to wake up, and they end up being awakened.
"Woah, what was that?" Ochaco asks.
"I– I think it was Telepathy?" Izuku gave a possible answer, remembering Mandalay's quirk when they were training in the Summer camp.
"Alright, let's say it was Telepathy, the question is, who from?" Tenya asks the million-dollar question, who woke the Heroes up?
02:06 - 02:22
"Stop staring, you clone bastard!" Katsuki yelled at Superboy, as the scene shows the Boy of Steel. However, Katsuki felt a tapping on his shoulders, and he can see it was Kirishima.
"Hey bro, Robin has a point, you don't want to mess with someone, who can fry you with a look," Eijiro said, reminding his friends about Kryptonian heat vision.
"I agree, Kirishima, for once don't Katsuki around, towards a species in which your explosions or any quirk in this cinema could hurt a Kryptonian."
Katsuki growls, hearing the two extras are right.
Kyoka felt a tapping on her shoulder as Mina went to ask her a question. "Did, you use Bakugo's first name as an Adjective?"
The Earphone Jack girl just nodded. "Yeah, it means: 'Being a Douchebag,"
"Oh, That's fitting." The girls laugh from using Bakugo's name as an adjective.
02:22 - 02:58
The next scene shifted back to Doctor Desmond. It showed the full segment with the guardian.
It gave absolute sense to the Heroes know, why Guardian was working for Doctor Desmond.
"Damn it, This scene made it certain now, Guardian is under the mind control of Doctor Desmond, by using the Genomorph on his shoulder," Aizawa said. "Probably since he took the security job, he became a puppet for Desmond."
"The mad doctor removes the Heroes' free will. That's just sick and wrong!" Mirko said, in anger.
"That's just, wrong-sick." Hawks said.
The Heroes wonder, would Guardian ever be free from his puppet master?
02:58 - 03:09
The next scene shifted with the Teen Heroes and Superboy.
It showed Kid Flash was ranting. The made perfectly made sense why Kid Flash would be angry at Superboy, after freeing him from his pod, Superboy attacked them. Then they heard the words of Aqualad.
"Good, Aqualad is being the reasonable one, talking calmly and defending the actions of Superboy, saying what he did, wasn't his actions, but he was being controlled by the Genomorhps." Izuku said, has he realized there were pair of eyes shooting daggers at him.
"Are you serious Midoriya, Superboy is a clone, and created by the bad guys! Ribbit. He is literary made as a weapon, a villain." Tsuyu said. Believing that Superboy is not at the side of the Heroes, even if he wears the 'S' on his chest.
However, Midoriya disagrees with Tsuyu. "I don't believe it's the simple Tsu, he is only four months old… Alright, Age doesn't matter here. The point I'm trying to say, is true, attacking the Heroes is the orders of Doctor Desmond, but he is much as a puppet as Guardian is."
"So are you saying, Because Superboy wears the 'S' on his chest, he is what? Automatically a Hero!" The Frog girl fired back.
"No, God almighty! No, That's not what I'm trying to say…" Izuku took a pause before letting out what he thinks. "I'm not saying he is a Hero or a Villain. Right now, the 'S' on his chest meant nothing right now. What I'm trying to say is, I think Superboy might have free will of his own."
The students around him paused in silence. Many of them didn't understand Midoriya's logic. To them they don't see a person, what they see is an abomination, a weapon created by CADMUS, and just like any weapon. They're meant for Destruction and Chaos, not Harmony and Peace.
Oddly enough, somehow, Midoriya believes that this Superboy isn't an abomination, but a person.
To the minds of the Students, and the Pro Heroes around. When seeing Superboy, they don't see a person who has their own thoughts, a being that only follows orders from the will of others, a being that is emotionless and lives through programming itself.
Superboy is nothing more but a weapon that is needed to be eliminated by the Justice League themselves, and yet, Midoriya believes that Superboy can be more than a weapon.
The scene continues to play as Robin shows an escape tool, hidden inside his glove.
Many were impressed by this tool.
"Amazing tool, especially for the need for the art of escaping." Aizawa was truly impressed by this tool. "I should ask Power Loader to make this tool if only I have my smartphone with me to take some pictures as a reference."
"It looks simple enough," Melissa said. "Though, I may need to study some books about The Art of Escape. It's different from the support items, that I built before. Most support item helps to improve one's quirk, but not something like this."
There was no doubt that Batman was a rare foe for All For One's mind, and the Boy Wonder is no joke either.
He should keep an eye on the Bat Family.
03:09 - 03:14
Until Superboy spoke.
The student froze and gasped to see Superboy speak a full sentence.
"What this now, the bitch can talk?!"
03:14 - 03:21
"Yes, he can."
"Oh sorry man, it's not like I called you, it," Togaru said as he was elbowed by Juzo.
"Well, calling a 'Bitch', doesn't make it better." Juzo angrily said to his classmate.
Tsuyu froze when seeing Superboy talking, she thought he was mindless and only did what he was ordered to do by his programming. Now she believes that she could be wrong about Superboy.
Including the rest of the Pro Heroes.
03:21 - 03:42
Then the audience went to learn more about Superboy. That he isn't the mindless weapon that they all thought. He is educated, well not a super genius, but he is bright enough. That the Genomorphs were his educators, teaching him, how to read, write, and know the name of the stuff, by using telepathy.
"That is some leave of telepathy, they insert images into Superboy's mind, such as The sky and the sun, and yet he never truly saw them before," Aizawa said.
Shota thinks about this level of telepathy, it's more advance than his friend from, the Hero Team, the Wild Wild Pussycats. Mandalay is a telepath too, but not at the level of the Martians or the Genomorphs. His protege Hitoshi Shinso's quirk is brainwashing, in which it's activated vocally. Therefore he isn't a telepath like Martian Manhunter or the Genomorphs.
The audience was surprised to learn these facts about Superboy. They wonder what else are they wrong about their thoughts about Superboy.
03:42 - 03:56 (The Truth about Project Kr.)
Then Aqualad went to ask what is Superboy, and why he was created for. Many jaws drop after learning about Superboy.
"So, let me this straight." Izuku gets ready to explain. "So, the truth about Project Kr. Superboy. Is created by The Light, in case Superman was defeated and murdered in battle, or is assigned to kill Superman if he decided to against the Earth, or turn against the group, The Light."
"No, just that Midoriya, but Superboy is programmed to be the next Superman if any of those scenarios happened." Shoto completes Midoriya's summary.
"This group, The Light, I think they're not like the League of Villains or the Shie Hassaikai." Eijiro said, remembering the many enemies that they face, true, a lot of their other classmates in 1A and possibly 1B, don't know about the fight Eijiro had to do during the USJ incident and the Yakuza raid.
"The Light sounds like a whole different threat, ribbit, they don't seem like street thugs." Tsuyu said.
"Since when do street thugs run a company like Project Cadmus." Himiko laughed at Tsuyu. "Bitch, I don't know what your smoking, but Bitch, you sound high, if you think Street thugs can run a multi-billion company like Project CADMUS."
Tsuyu rolls her eyes at the crazy girl of the League of Villains.
"What Miss Toga is trying to say." All For One stood up for Toga. "I have to admit, that The Light could be more of a treat than the League of Villains or me. Gathering DNA from Superman is not an easy feat, let alone making him bleed."
All For One can't deny that The Light as a group isn't a random group like The League of Villains, who are a Kickstarter villain group.
He admitted to himself that he would like to be a member of The Light.
True, Tomura would dislike him having the thought All For One is stooping down, and wanting to be part of the Light. True he once ruled Japan, but that was once upon a time ago, and Tomura's story so far is just beginning, after his victory against Re Destro he is marching into a new chapter of his life.
Sometimes in life, there is nothing wrong with asking for help, by having All For One be part of the Light.
03:56 - 04:08
Then Aqualad went to talk to Superboy, saying that he can be more than just a weapon. That being Superman is an honor to be as, but to be Superman it's just not having the S on his chest, or wearing a red cape, Superman also has a life of his own, without the cape.
"Is Aqualad saying what I think he is saying?" Tsuyu asks surprised at the words of Aqualad.
Izuku smiled to see that he and Aqualad are on the same side. "Yes, that is exactly what Aqualad is trying to say," he said as once again the students went to listen to Midoriya. "Aqualad is saying that Superboy can be more than a weapon, or another puppet of Dr. Desmond, true he is a Genomorph too, but he can be more, Superboy can be his person, beyond Dr. Desmond, beyond CADMUS, and The Light."
Izuku couldn't believe that a hero like Aqualad, is on the same side as him, believing that Superboy could be more than simply another weapon, that he can have free will, and take control over his own life.
"You can do it Superboy," Izuku mutters under his breath, as the rest of the students stayed silent unsure what to think about Superboy, as the screen continues to play.
04:08 - 04:24
Then Superboy argues back that the reason why he is alive is because of CADMUS, and that CADMUS is his home.
Though all of that is true, the Teen Heroes said otherwise, saying they can show him the sky, the sun, and the moon, instead of inserting images into his brain.
Also, they can introduce him to Superman himself.
The Heroes and the students couldn't believe what they were hearing. They're giving Superboy the chance to hope to meet Superman.
The Heroes' main thoughts since learning about the Genomorphs and Superboy was to eliminate them, only seeing them as nothing more than abominations, a crime against nature. They only saw him as another Nomu, but the Teen Heroes and Midoriya saw him as a person.
Could they be wrong?
04:24 - 4:36
"Bahahaha! That's funny." Neito laughed at Robin's joke about the Bat Cave being too full if they add more Robins. His classmates gave him odd stares. "What I thought was funny."
His classmates continue to stare at him.
"Screw you guys, I enjoy corny jokes." Neito defends himself as he pouts.
04:36 - 05:07
Before the cloning process could start. Aqualad begs Superboy to help them.
Now the real question has begun.
Does Superboy have free will, or is he just another puppet for Dr. Desmond to control?
"Please Superboy, you're not a Weapon for CADMUS, You have Superman's DNA running in you. You are not a weapon for The Light," Izuku mutters under his breath, believing that Superboy can save the Teen Heroes.
Dabi rolls his eyes. 'That's not how DNA works, if does I would be a Hero, like fucking Enji.' he thought.
05:07 - 05:22
In the next scene, Superboy leaves the room. The cloning process of the Teen Heroes starts. The students and Heroes were disgusted to see that the syringe weren't ordinary syringes, but they were tasers too.
Only the villains were enjoying the torture of the Teen Heroes, but not Stain and Spinner they felt disgusted towards the torture.
The students wonder who would save them from this horrible fate ahead.
05:22 - 05:35
In the following scene, Doctor Desmond ordered the talking Genomorph, now known as Dubbilex. Once they gather the DNA sample from the Teen Heroes, they can eliminate the source material.
Horrified at this scene, Izuku manages to gather the strength to write down Dubbilex in his notebook, being the only Genomorph who could talk besides Superboy, he also wrote down his powers of Telepathy and Telekinesis.
05:35 - 06:00
While the heroes suffer from the tasers, Aqualad channels his remaining strength to beg for help from Superboy.
The audience listened as Superboy heard every word that Aqualad spoke, and they also learn a new ability that Kryptonians have that they didn't know about until now.
Izuku wrote Super Hearing in his notebook towards the page about Kryptonians.
They listened to Aqualad's words, saying that he is alive, meaning he does have free will. Something that the Heroes deny is the idea that the Genomorphs have such a thing. The reason why they don't believe that Genomorphs such as Superboy and Dubbilex don't have Free Will is that they only saw them as Nomus, abominations without free will.
What if, they were wrong, and the Superboy and the rest of the Genomorphs ain't like Nomu? What if, they do have free will?
They guess they'll see, right after the question that Aqualad let out.
"What would Superman would do?"
06:00 - 06:04
Until Superboy made his decision.
"Do what Superman would do, Superboy!" Izuku cheered out loud for everyone to hear, as Izuku believe that Superboy is going to answer the call, and be Hero.
Just like All Might, and Superman.
06:04 - 06:14
The next scene shows the continuation of the cloning process Until someone broke the door. That being Superboy.
Izuku cheered to see that Superboy did something that Superman would do.
The rest of the audience on the other hand was surprised to see that a living weapon. A being that process the same way as a Nomu. Decided to take charge of his own life, because he has free will of his own. Superboy isn't some mindless creature who only takes orders from the League of Villains.
He can be so much more, than just a living weapon. Just like in the story of Pinocchio, Superboy can be a real boy, just like how the little wooden puppet became a real boy.
The Disney version from the 1940's animated movie, not the Grimm's Brother fairy tales, assuming it had a dark story, like Cinderella. ABC's Once Upon A Time showed Pinocchio growing up to be a man after he became a real boy from his story. Okay, back to the fanfic.
06:14 - 06:24
"Damn son! He bitch slap the bad doctor." Hanta said, surprised at the action of Superboy.
Tomura otherwise, was angry at the clone. "You piece of shit, you are made to take orders for The Light, not those brats! You'll pay for this, You Super Fake."
What Superboy did, is what a Hero does, but it wasn't enough to say that Superboy was a real Hero for Stain and Spinner.
Tsuyu was surprised as anybody else, but she was the most surprised among the students. Towards her own beliefs that she was taught growing up.
Growing up she was taught that vigilantes were nothing more but failed applicants that couldn't be heroes, and the real Heroes are the Pro Heroes themselves, who graduate to Heroes schools such as UA High. However, this reality is changing the definition of the word Hero in the minds of others.
Tsuyu is a bright young lady, with her own opinions and it's okay for her to have her own beliefs when it comes to right and wrong, but during this her time in the fifth dimension, she wasn't kind when putting out her beliefs.
As bright as she is, she can be a close book. There is a reason why Bat-Mite, Larry, and Frank, brought them here in the fifth dimension. If the reason was for them to learn something, she isn't being a good student. Being open-minded could ease her sanity towards her beliefs, and perhaps give her a chance to learn something from this madness of another universe, it's like a trip to Wonderland, and the Madness never ends.
06:24 - 06:36
Superboy decided to free the Teen Heroes with his heat vision, however, he seems that he cannot use the Kryptonian heat vision.
"Wait, he doesn't have Kryptonian heat vision, like Superman's Heat Vision?" Denki asks wondering why Superboy doesn't have such an ability.
No one knows how to answer Denki. For one thing, Kryptonian powers under yellow sun radiation are not the same as Quirk genes. They don't know why Superboy doesn't have heat vision.
"Maybe it's from the lack of sunlight?" Reiko suggested a possible theory.
"No, that can't be it. For one thing… If that were true, Superboy shouldn't have super strength as well if we're talking about the lack of yellow sun radiation." Juzo said. "I should remind everyone that Superboy's white suit, gives him yellow sun radiation, that is why he has other Kryptonian powers."
"Maybe, it had to do with the fact that Superboy is a clone of Superman… I mean, we don't truly know the science behind Project Kr, or the science of cloning…" Fumikage said. "I wouldn't even go and asks Yaoyarozu, Ms. Shield, or Recovery Girl if they know anything about cloning?"
Fumikage is right, Yaoyarozu, Melissa, and Recovery Girl won't know anything about the science of cloning. Theories are not likely to, they'll just hope answers would be answered eventually.
Izuku wrote down a new fact about Superboy's powers or lack of certain abilities such as the lack of Heat Vision.
06:36 - 06:40
Aizawa was amazed at Robin's escaping skills, he would need support gear, such as hidden escaping tools. Well, after he needs to improve his escaping skills.
Especially when Ms. Joke decides to handcuff him once again, on the bed. He was handcuffed for 4 hours straight the last time, she visited his place.
06:40 - 06:46
Many of the audience's sweat dropped towards the words of Robin.
"Ugh, finally. Lucky Batman isn't here."
"Seriously, that's what your worry about!" The Students yelled at Robin, they couldn't believe that was what Robin was worried about, not being cloned, replace, or even killed. He was worried about what Batman would think, seeing that Robin was sloppy.
Spinner yelled too, He is a fan of Batman and Robin. If given a second chance in life, he would be a sidekick of the Bat.
Well, if Stain learned from the footsteps of the Bat, and be Stain's sidekick.
Well, in the end, he'll be fighting alongside Batman and Stain.
"I have no doubt in my mind, that Batman and Robin are insane," said Mineta, the other students just agree with Mineta.
06:46 - 06:58
"Geez, Superboy sounds like Bakugo when he is angry, and telling him orders," Hanta said. "That when Superboy isn't barking like a pomeranian." Superboy rescues Aqualad.
"What did you say tape arms!" Bakugo yelled at Sero.
"I know, what you mean Sero, It's all bark, bark, bark, and woof, woof, woof," Sen said rolling his eyes at Bakugo. As the teen heroes escape their cages.
06:58 - 07:21
"Good boy Robin, now Project CADMUS has no DNA to use to create clones," Aizawa said as they watch the Boy Wonder destroy the DNA samples.
07:21 - 07:36
The danger arises as Dr. Desmond alerted every single Genomorphs in Cadmus.
"This is bad, now every Genomorphs are after the Heroes." Ochaco felt bad for the Teen Heroes.
"Good, this just means those freaks would get their asses beat," Katsuki said, as small sparks on his hand.
"Well, I agree and disagree with Bakugo," Tenya added. "The point now is to escape from CADMUS with their new companion, Superboy, and report the Justice League about Project Cadmus. However, doing so won't go smoothly as we want, they may end up fighting Genomorphs on the way."
Tenya let out a good point. Escaping CADMUS without a fight could be useless unless the Teen Heroes manage to outsmart the Genomorphs and Dr. Desmond.
"Alright, let's say they end up fighting the Genomorphs, what are the chances of them winning?" Kyoka asked giving good questions that the students start to brainstorm, a scenario in which they have to fight the Genomorphs.
Learning the amounts of quirks given to the Genomorphs by CADMUS, they have powerful quirks, and their size alone can be a threat itself, remembering the bigger Genomorphs.
"Well, fighting them as individuals is a fool's plan, but preparing to fight together, 1A, 1B, and the Big Three, I think we could have a victory against the Genomorphs." Izuku said. "As for the Teen Heroes, well I don't want to spoil and ruined the fun, I think it's safe to say, we're getting the answers soon enough."
The rest of the students can agree with Midoriya, even the stubborn ones among them could agree with Midoriya. Togaru Kamikiri knows that fighting solo is a fool's thinking, he can be stubborn, but he isn't egotistic. Unlike a certain mutt, Who believes he can take all the Genomorphs all by himself with his quirk, due to his mental belief towards All Might.
07:36 - 07:55
The scene shifted back to the Teen heroes as they figure a way to escape CADMUS, they believe taking the elevator is their only shot of escaping.
Until they were surrounded by the Genomorphs.
"This isn't good." Mineta gulped as shakes in fear.
The other students were excited to see the Teen Heroes in action.
Teen Titans, Go!
"Gah!" The audience covered their ears, after hearing that loud sound from the theatre.
"What the fuck was that?" Tomura asks, as he tries to recover after hearing that loud sound, and before the next scene could start. Tomura felt two hands groping his pecs.
"Not Again!" he whines, with a blush on his face.
07:55 - 08:25
The fight began with Superboy punching one of the Genomophs, while that was happening, the students sweat drop to see that the other Heroes didn't have to fight, but simply evaded the fight.
"Geez, Superboy is so stubborn, he reminds me a lot of Bakugo." Denki pointed out a good point, which made the Bakugo bark at him.
"What do you say, Pikachu!" Katsuki barks at Denki, but the Pikachu blond didn't flinch as he and the people who knew Bakugo starts to see the resemblance between Katsuki Bakugo, and Superboy.
"I mean, Denki isn't wrong, I kinda see it too" Hitoshi agreed with his boyfriend.
"I see it too, They're both angry, and loud, they would fight first, do something logical second, and they would yell in almost every single sentence." Mineta let out the comparison. "The only difference I could think of are, Superboy is a lot more powerful, has great simple hair, with less hair damage, is younger by simply being born the last 4 months old, and is already a lady killer with his looks alone. The possible difference I could think of, his penis size–" Mineta was cut off, by an explosion to the face.
"Finish that sentence and you're dead," Bakugo yelled at Grapist.
Watching more about this scene. Aizawa could only roll his eyes. "Geez, the whole point is to escape, not to fight them.
Until Superboy, cleared away for the Teen Heroes. "Well, that would buy them some time." Hawks sweat drop at Superboy's final attack.
08:25 - 08:51
As Aqualad opened the elevator door.
This is the chance for the Teen Heroes to escape, until an attempt from superboy failed, as it turns out he cannot fly.
"Strange, first the Heat vision, now the power of flight, I wonder why the lad doesn't have any of those powers." Grand Torino said, not understanding the science of cloning.
"I don't know Grand Torino, I don't understand it myself either, maybe is because of his a clone. He isn't a real Kryptonian… Though, that theory doesn't make sense either." Izuku said, he was lost in understanding Superboy and why he doesn't have flight and heat vision like Superman does.
'What a disappointment, here I thought Superboy would be a great ally, instead he is more of a dollar store rip-off, while Superman is the original product' All For One thought, being disappointed at Superboy.
08:51 - 09:01
"Plew, that was close, for a second there I thought they were going to become Pancakes," Katsuma said, worried for Teen Heroes.
"Be glad they didn't end up as Pancakes, Katsuma." his sister said.
09:01 - 09:10
The danger rose as the Teen Heroes runs away from The Genomorphs until they heard a certain voice.
"It's the voice again, telling the Teen Heroes to wake up from earlier." then it finally clicked on Aizawa's head to remember his friend Mandalay and how her quirk works. "That voice isn't coming vocally, but rather than it's coming telepathically. Telepathy is contacting Superboy."
"Oh your right, this reminds me of Mandalay's quirk back in high school." Present Mic said recalling their old friend. "Do you think it's J'onn's telepathy, you know because Martians are telepaths after all?"
However, Shota doesn't believe this is the work of the Martian Manhunter. He believes this is the work of another telepath, but who, and could they be trusted?
Right now, it's a gamble, a risk they couldn't simply gamble away and place their chances on fate alone.
All of his worries would be answered soon enough.
09:10 - 09:22
As the voice kept telling them which direction Superboy has to go, they end up at a dead end.
"That's great, fantastic!" Yamada said sarcastically. "Great prank J'onn, but it's not the best time to play pranks, you oreo loving bastard!"
"Mic, I don't believe that was Martian Manhunter, I think that was the work of another telepath?!" Aizawa said making the rest of the students worried for the teen heroes.
(Fun fact, apparently there was this old comic book issue in which, Martian Manhunter is obsessed with Oreo cookies. It's like in the current comic book commercials that DC Comics attends to do in comic book issues. Like their snicker chocolate commercials inside the comic.)
09:22 - 09:24
"How is this perfect, Their trap is like mice!" Mineta yelled at the Boy Wonder. "I swear he is crazy as his mento–" *Crush* as a piano fell off on top of Mineta. As Larry appeared above him.
"That's for insulting Robin." Larry leaves and returns to the lobby.
Kyoka just chuckles. "Now that's a comedy," she said staring at Mineta unconscious.
09:24 - 09:56
The next scene showed that the Teen Heroes went to use the air vents. The students were glad that the Teen Heroes are using the air vents to escape, but their smiles drop when they learned that Genomorphs are in the air vents too.
"Crap, how did they know they're in the air vents," Mina asks, as her questions were answered by the next scene. Showing Dr. Desmond was alerting the Genomorphs by using his tablet, which has an app for CADMUS' security system, and they had been following the Heroes by using the motion sensors.
That leads them to the Men's washroom.
"Oh boy this is bad!" Ochaco said.
Eijiro just sweat drops. "Wait, this doesn't make sense, why would they be exiting the air vents to lead to the Men's Washroom?"
"Maybe, Robin needs to take a dump?" eyes went to stare at Hanta Sero, for putting out that ridiculous theory. "What, Robin needs to shit too, you know!" He defended Robin as the students just sweat drops.
"Wait, are you saying Pro Heroes doesn't go to use the washroom to go Poo Poo?" Kota asks, the Pro Heroes.
"Wait, does that mean, Deku and Lemillion wear diapers when they go on duty?" Eri asks making the students laugh, at the mental image of Midoriya and Togata wearing adult diapers.
09:56 - 10:04
Then it was revealed that the Teen Heroes weren't exiting the air vents, and they didn't use the air vents, to begin with.
In reality, they never went inside the air vents, because Robin made the Genomorphs, and Dr. Desmond believe they were using the air vent to escape. But in truth, the motion sensors had been hacked by Robin.
"Woah, that was genius of Robin, and he outstarted the villains, by hacking the motion sensors." Enji thought he would never praise the action of someone who is quirkless, such as The Boy Wonder and the Dark Knight. He was proven wrong from computer skills that even he doesn't know, yet alone trying to understand how to use AirDrop. "I never thought I would say this but, Robin peeked my expectations, He outsmart someone like Dr. Desmond, by simply hacking the motion sensors."
"I have to agree, even quirkless Robin saved their asses, by using computer skills. That is no offense, not we heroes have zero clue how to hack, let alone the basic knowledge of hacking." Mirko said.
The Pro Heroes, as strong as they are with their quirks, don't know basic skills, such as hacking security systems. Even at their age, they have a lot to learn from simply watching this other reality.
Bakugo grinds his teeth, he hates that a quirkless bird is being praised by Pro Heroes. Towards a skill that even he doesn't know the basics of.
Katsuki felt defeated and felt like was being shadowed by this damn quirkless bird.
10:04 - 10:19
Now the motion sensors are hacked, they can stop worrying that the people of Cadmus would find them by using their security system.
"Good, they're invisible," Hakegure said.
"Not quite, Hakegure. They can still be spotted, in which once they were spotted, they could use their telepathy to alert the other Genomorphs, and probably Dr. Desmond too." Tenya said.
They continue to watch as Kid Flash ran at full speed, he was able to knock some Genomorphs on the stairs.
"Amazing speed from Kid Flash," Tenya said amazed at Kid Flash's speed.
"Well, in the end, it's all about the science of course," Momo said, understanding how Kid Flash was able to knock down the Genomorphs by simply running through them.
10:19 - 10:25
"Woah, sweet mama," Kyoka said in concern as Superboy broke the stairs by simply stomping the stairs off, and possibly injuring the Genomorphs.
"Geez, I wouldn't even do something that reckless," Izuku said, not liking the actions of Superboy.
10:25 - 10:43
The next scene shifted back to Dr. Desmond, saying the situation went south, and he is worried that The Light would possibly kill him for disappointing them, that Project Kr is lost, and that Project Sidekick, became a scarp project.
Most of the League of Villains, cannot relate to Dr. Desmond, knowing that Tomura or All For One isn't threatening enough to be exactly like the Light.
But they know when they see a desperate man, desperate enough that he needs the help of Project Blockbuster.
"Interesting, I guess we're going to see what's so important about Project Blockbuster," Tomura said, excited to see the project in action.
10:43 - 11:00
The next scene showed that teen Heroes reach Sublevel One, in which they're a trap. Not even the combined strength of Superboy and Aqualad can't open the door, and Robin can't hack it open.
"Geez, what could go wrong." Koji shyly said.
11:00 - 11:02
Until they spotted the bigger Genomorphs have reached sublevel one.
"You and your big mouth." Rikido Sato said, insulting the shy 1A classmate.
11:02 - 11:17
Until Robin knocks down a door, which leads to Guardian and a group of Genomorphs who are ordered to capture them.
The Students get ready, to see the Teen Heroes get ready to fly.
"Come on guys, say the School Motto with me!" Tetsutetsu said as he gather the rest of the students.
"Go beyond, Plus–"
11:17 - 11:25
However, they weren't able o finish their school motto, as the Teen Heroes were knocked out, not from a powerful physical attack.
But from Telepathy.
From a single telepath, Dubbilex.
No one made a sound, as everyone was in pure shock to see that, there was no chance for the Teen Heroes, and Superboy to defend themselves from a telepathic attack.
Hitoshi Shinso was shocked the most. True, he isn't a true telepath, because his quirk works vocally, not mentally, He cannot do the stuff that Martians or the Dubbilex can do with their telepathy.
The Heroes were shocked too, They have powerful quirks of course, but that only matters in the terms of physical strength. Dubbilex showed that his mind is more powerful than their quirks, or their muscles.
The former and current Number One Hero are both shocked to learn that their quirks could stand nothing, against powerful telepaths like Dubbilex, and J'onn J'onzz.
If there were telepaths just like Martain Manhunter back in their world, they would easily be the number one Pro Hero. True, telepathy isn't a flashy quirk like, One for All, or Hell Fire, in the end, being flashy or not doesn't matter.
The results matter the most, and the results themselves are scary as fuck. Telepathy isn't a joke, a single telepath took down four teens at once, and one of them is a Kryptonian.
The students are speechless, in reality, they would share the same thoughts as the Pro Heroes themselves, and this segment won't make a difference.
To someone like Katsuki Bakugo was having a hard time processing, it's not because he is a slow learner, we all know Bakugo is one of the smartest students in 1A. Oh no, his IQ has nothing to do with why processing is slow.
The process is paused, is because he doesn't want to believe that telepathy is far better than his quirk. Like can he blame him, He work so hard to perfect his quirk, and trained his body for combat, but Telepaths don't even have to train. They just need to think of a single thought and there knocked out.
"Fuck!" Bakugo slams his hand on his armrest making a small explosion.
'I refuse to look weak!' Katsuki thought angrily.
Back in the lobby.
"Well, things are getting too spicy for the pepper," Larry said, like the reactions of the My Hero Academia cast.
Bat-Mite tries to cover his laugh with his hand. "What's funny, this is just episode two, and here I thought the previous chapter is crazy enough," he said. "We'll like how the author tries to do, He sees entering the DC Universe, is like falling into the rabbit hole that is Wonderland."
"Oh well, we can't have the readers keep waiting for the next scene, let's play it."
11:25 - 11:58
Then Dubbilex explained that he isn't here to capture them, but just to talk with Superboys as he explained everything.
"So it was Dubbilex who cause the fire that alerted the help of the Justice League," Fumikage said. "But instead of the Justice League answering the call, it was Robin, Kid Flash, and Aqualad who answered the call., and there's more."
Shihai continued for him. "He lured the Heroes down to the elevator, purposely not as a trap to be captured…"
"But for them to discover Superboy." Neito continued for his classmate. "Dubbilex knew they would want to free Superboy, and he wanted Superboy to be free. To be the Hero for the Genomorphs, to be their champion in the hopes of freedom.
The Heroes and Students were wrong about Genomorphs, they only saw them as a crime against nature, an agent of destruction. True, that was the true purpose they were created for, but just like Superboy and Pinocchio. They're alive and because they're alive they have free will of their own. They can make their own decisions, such as Superboy and Dubbilex cutting the strings from Dr. Desmond's control.
They were surprised they don't want to be weapons or villains, The Genomorphs wants freedom and probably acceptance from society as a whole, and Superboy would be the Hero of the Genomorphs.
Now a new thought has appeared.
About Superboy, as a Hero.
Can he be a Hero?
It's something that they'll see, Actions speak more than words they say.
Only time would show, the true potential of Superboy.
Tsuyu Asui, felt like a big jerk.
She only saw Superboy, as the bad guy. She never thought that Superboy could be more than simply Project Kr. The S on his chest meant hope.
Midoriya never stopped hoping that Superboy could be more, Tsuyu has to apologize to Midoriya.
Speaking of, Izuku smiled as a small teardrop off from his face, He never stopped hoping that Superboy could be more than a weapon, He can be a hero, just like Superman.
Dubbilex showed his true attention is freedom, he does so by freeing Guardian from the telepathic hold.
11:58 - 12:14
Izuku smiled to hear from Superboy, that he chose freedom, and he did it all by himself.
12:11 - 12;17
"I guess, this whole time, Guardian was under the mind control of the Genomorphs, but not anymore." Present Mic said.
Hitoshi Shinso was glad that Guardian was now freed from mind control, though he felt disgusted that he was under mind control for way too long.
Now, he is just glad that the Hero is free once more to make his actions.
12:17 - 12:45
See the Guardian gaining this free will back, they thought that the Hero would teach Dr. Desmond the subject of getting Dr. D's gets ass a beating. While the Teen heroes escape with Superboy. That however isn't the case.
When the scene revealed Dr. Desmond standing right behind the giant Genomorph, and with him was one of the viles of Project Blockster, as he drank it.
"It isn't good, we're talking about Dr. Desmond, the guy who can create superpowers, with crazy mad science, who knows what the doctor just drank," Rody said, worried about whatever comes next.
"Well, it sounds like we're going to see a video game boss battle, in which the boss is going to win for a chance," Tomura said as he gets ready to see the epic boss fight.
Twice went to do an acapella of Super Mario Brothers, the Ost when Mario fights Bowser.
12:45 - 12:53
The audience watches as Dr. Desmond slowly transforms, Rody, and Izuku tried their best to cover the eyes of the children believing that there was going to be blood.
Instead of blood, what they saw made the audience feel a chill behind the spines, as Dr. Desmond's very own skin starts to peel off him, like how a snake shredd out their old skin and replaces it with its new skin.
However, instead of looking more caucasian, he looked more grey, not human looking.
"OMFG!" yelled in unison by the whole audience, as they were surprised to see the results of Dr. Desmond.
The present mic was scared of the new form of Dr. Desmond, he would love to pee his pants, instead, he saw a glowing card in his hand. He knows what this meant, but was confused after being told that they'll not get an announcement from him ever again.
He assumes the imps change their minds, as he stood up to introduce the new villain.
Dr. Mark Desmond.
Now known as, Blockbuster.
Powers: Project Blockbuster.
Dr. Mark Desmond is the current leading scientist in Project Cadmus in Washington DC. Dr. D. over here knows to create Superpowers, and create the Genomorphs like they were just your average, Baking Soda Volcano project.
Now turning himself into Blockbuster, this son of a bitch, has Super Strength, Invulnerability, and he remains a Mad genius that we don't like.
Also, he is one crazy son of a bitch.
"That son of a bitch, so he gained a quirk by simply drinking Blockbuster juice!" Denki yelled scared of what he is seeing.
Izuku wrote down the truth about Project Blockbuster, and how it made Dr. Desmond, into the monster he became.
Katsuki was his eyes widened to see that a quirkless man gaining a quirk in an instant from simply drinking a chemical in a bottle. True, he hasn't seen Blockbuster in action, but He doesn't like the fact that Scientists from this Universe could simply make quirks like they were making juice in a juicer, and somehow make those quirks stronger than him. He already hates the fact that he is a big fish, surrounded by Whales and Sharks, to see another quirkless nobody getting a quirk that ain't One For All…
He is so angry to the point that he cannot even finish his damn sentence.
Well, this is one way to end a sentence.
"Fuck!" Katsuki swores.
12:53 - 13:12
When the transformation of Doctor Desmond had finished, the fighting between the Heroes, versus Blockbuster began.
Starting with the defeat of Guardian.
Jaws dropped to see that Guardian was easily defeated by Blockbuster, however, it made Shigaraki laugh.
"One down, four to go. Finish them Blockbuster!" Tomura cheered for the villains.
13:12 - 13:26
The fight between Superboy and Blockbuster began.
The audience was shocked to see that Superboy and Blockbuster, were equal when throwing punches. What made it more shocking, this was Superboy, the clone of Superman, to their minds he should have the average strength of a Kryptonian, superior to the strength of All Might, and yet Superboy's attacks felt nothing like the strength of an average Kryptonian, but rather they were in the equal strength as All Might, back in the day.
They were starting to think, why is Superboy, not as strong as the Man of Steel? He is somehow equal in the terms of strength as All Might was.
The scary thing is, the same could be said with Blockbuster, from watching the villain in action.
"No freaking why their strength is almost equal to one another," Minata said, surprised towards the current fight.
"Maybe, I don't know this isn't Superboy's full potential, or like it's just the lack of yellow sun radiation?" a student suggested.
As much as the audience could think of possible theories why Superboy's strength felt like it wasn't equal to the Man of Steel, their theories just hit a roadblock. They do not get answers until the truth about Superboy's cloning process have been revealed on the big screen in front of them
For Now, the fight continues as Blockbuster takes Superboy, to a new arena.
13:26 - 13:33
Aizawa listened to the conversation of the Teen Heroes and could help but agree with them.
'Aqualad is right. What is the point of transforming into Blockbuster? There was no point in gaining a victory from Desmond's point of view, Dubbilex planned to betray him from the start. It's pretty clear, Desmond lost all plans to capture the four teens for the Light. It's pretty clear no matter what the light would want his head for disappointing the Light. So becoming Blockbuster is nothing more is last results, and how he chooses to lose this… game.'
Aizawa sighs. Desmond was a genius, but he was just like the story of Ikarus, he flew up to close to the sun, and he burned, or in Desmond's case, he became Blockbuster.
13:33 - 14:01
The next scene starts with The Teen Heroes joining to help Superboy defeat Blockbuster.
After what they saw from Blockbuster so far, and being an equal term of strength between All Might and Superboy. They could say that Blockbuster could be an All Might level threat in the terms of strength only. Dr. Desmond might be smart when to comes the field of science there is no doubt he could be considered a genius, but the way he fights, it's pretty clear he isn't a warrior, but a brute fighter.
A brute fight that was easily got knock down by, Kid Flash, Superboy, and Aqualad. But a knockdown is not the same as a knockout.
Izuku starts to think of the best solution to defeat Blockbuster. 'Let's see, Blockbuster is equal in strength as Superboy, and All Might in theory. We already established that Kryptonian is stronger than All Might, even in his prime. However, Superboy doesn't seem as strong as an average Kryptonian or let alone Superman Level. He could easily say his around All Might's strength.' Izuku thought. 'I can work that theory about Superboy later. For now, focus on the fight in front. Alright, there are four Heroes, with Unique powers and skills. A speedster, a Kryptonian clone, Whatever kind of Meta-Human Aqualad is, and the Boy Wonder.'
Izuku continues to think. 'Well, as they demonstrated in this scene, Kid Flash can use his speed to possibly trick Blockbuster, and he is fast enough to dodge all of his attacks. Aqualad and Superboy can use their strength together to fight Blockbuster physically.
'Also, make a note reminder of how strong Aqualad is, for someone who can open a metal door so easily unless he has some kind of strength quirk they didn't know about, besides his water quirk. Speaking of his water quirk, this is CADMUS after all they should have emergency fire sprinklers in case of a fire… Unless that part is busted, knowing the Dubbilex may have destroyed the fire sprinklers.'Damn it, all to Hell, I'm doing it again my train of thought goes somewhere else.'
'Lastly, there is the Boy Wonder himself, Robin. Fighting Blockbuster head-on is a fool's plan. He was trained by Batman, he could easily think outside of the box, and maybe–'
"SHUT THE FUCK UP DEKU, YOU'VE BEEN MUMBLING THE WHOLE DAMN TIME!" Katsuki freaked Izuku out, as the human broccoli quickly covered his mouth.
Neito's sweat dropped after hearing Midoriya mumble for the first time. 'Geez, he mumbles so much. If we're doing this Batman fan club thing, I think we need a better face to represent the Batman Fan Club. Someone handsome, good-looking, and–'
"Monoma, for Pete's sake your mumbling again," Itsuka said annoyed. "I swear you and Midoriya are quite alike." She said, making Neito sweat drops.
14:01 - 14:22
"Geez, Blockbuster's strength is no joke. The four Teenagers are having trouble defeating Blockbuster."
Hearing Dabi's words he isn't wrong, but it doesn't get All For One's improved.
Don't get All For One wrong, the formula is impressive, however, Desmond is the wrong person to have Blockbuster as a quirk.
The Formula is impressive and All For One would want to have the formula for himself and for the Nomus. Dr. Desmond was better off as a scientist, a combatant he is not.
14:22 - 14:44
As the teenagers continue to struggle to defeat Blockbuster. The audience watched as Robin probably figure out a way to defeat Blockbuster.
'Clever boy, whatever he is planning, it better work, or fail results could lead to their deaths.' Aizawa thought as he wonders what is Robin's plan.
14:44 - 14:59
As Aqualad and Superboy struggle to fight Blockbuster. The audience saw what Robin was planning, and the Heroes and students were amazed by Robin's plans.
They didn't say anything, they don't want to spoil what was to come.
14:59 - 15:07
Some of the students chuckle as Kid Flash got Blockbuster's nose.
Toga was disappointed that there was no blood from Desmond.
15:07 - 16:15
Many jaws dropped, and many had huge smiles, as the Teen Heroes did Robin's plan in defeating Blockbuster.
Many could agree that Blockbuster was a great foe, and someone who could easily say he was an All Might level threat. The only problem is, Dr. Desmond wasn't a combatant, Desmond was all brains, but no muscle. While Blockbuster was mostly muscle but no brains, there was no balance which cause his defeat.
What's more interesting, Blockbuster wasn't defeated by All Might or by Superman, but he was defeated by Teen Heroes, with unique characters. A speedster, a clone, Whatever Aqualad is supposed to be, and a quirkless boy wonder.
The whole fight could even be called poetic. in some cases.
"That was an awesome fight!" Denki cheered.
Fumikage nodded as he agrees with his classmate. "Indeed, that was a glorious battle, to think the best way to defeat someone that could have been as strong as All Might was defeated by knocking down the building."
Tenya just sighs. "Well, as great as the fact that the villain was defeated, I hope they thought of another way to defeat Blockbuster. Teen Heroes cause a lot of property damage. Then again." Ida paused, he was sounding hypocritical remembering his actions back at Hosu to confront Stain. "I don't see another way to defeat Blockbuster."
Yaoyarozu sighs as she agrees with him, remembering that she was part of the group that went to rescue Bakugo from the League of Villains. "I agree with, Ida… as bad the property damage is, I don't see another way to defeat Blockbuster. Remember his powers, aren't like our own, heck, he created them with mad science. There is no telling what else Blockbuster could do, outside Super Strenght."
"Not knowing what powers Blockbuster could have in store doesn't matter anymore, Yaoyarozu. "The young heiress turned to Midoriya as he spoke. "We cannot play the 'What if game.' and continue to discuss how they can do things a lot differently. This isn't the battle training that we all did back in the first week of school. This is a real battle, with a real villain. The trip to CADMUS is very similar to the USJ incident. The only difference is, the Heroes were the ones who entered CADMUS, unlike how the League of VIllains entered UA property."
Shoto continues for Midoriya. "The Threat is real and powerful. Facing Blockbuster is like facing Nomu, he is just another shark, while we're big fish in an ocean filled with Sharks and Whales. I don't see another way they could win."
The rest of the students could agree. Now thinking about how they fight and who among them who has the best quirks when it comes to fighting Blockbuster, isn't a lot.
The students aren't like Robin, they cannot make the plan how he created his plan. They cannot adapt on the fly.
Maybe being on the field more without having Pro Heroes babysitting them. They could learn more by doing. Just like how the Big Three learned to be better Heroes by being in the field.
Some are starting to think, UA might be the best elite school to train Future Heroes, but the Teen Heroes prove that they didn't need UA, as long they have their mentors to train them. Robin and Kid Flash are the youngest and have so much experience behind their belt.
Robin to them is someone they wish they could easily adapt when it comes to fighting strong foes, even if it meant not throwing a punch. Robin is one they can look up to, but relate to. Well, the another can of worms. Maybe they could get along with Robin.
The Pro Heroes were impressed by the Teen Heroes but also disappointed with the property damage. The person that they were impressed with the most, was, The Boy Wonder.
He was truly the pupil of the Bat. There was no denying it. Batman trained Robin well. They just hope they could train the students as well as Batman trained Robin.
Tomura was disappointed by Blockbuster, he was like a Nomu, and he was defeated by some Teenage Brats.
16:15 - 16:36
From the collapse of CADMUS, the students are amazed that the Teen Heroes are now safe. The students are relieved that they're alright, with probably injured arms between Robin and Kid Flash.
16:36 - 16:56
Seeing that Blockbuster isn't getting up anytime soon, Kid Flash showed Superboy the moon.
The students and the children were awed to see Superboy's reaction. Seeing the moon in person, and not just a telepathic image that was inserted into his mind.
Eri could relate to Superboy, the feeling of finally being free. Just like how she was free from Overhaul's operations, Superboy is freed from Project CADMUS.
16:56 -16:57
"Woah, is that a bird, or is it a plane?" The students wonder what they were seeing in front of the moon.
"Seriously, you guys. It's the whole Clark Kent glasses again, It's–"
16:57 - 17:06
"Superman," Denki said, causing the rest of the student's eyes to widen wondering how they didn't see that.
"Oh man, not again! It's the glasses trick all over again!" Kyoka felt stupid, wondering that she and the rest of the students couldn't tell that was Superman.
"I can't believe I thought Superman was a bird or a plane!" Ochaco cries in shame.
Denki just eyes rolled wondering how he is the only one who tells that the figure from far away was Superman. It's like the time that he was the only one who could tell that Superman was Clark Kent when he was wearing the glasses.
17:06 - 17:34
Jaws went dropping to find out, it wasn't just Superman who came to CADMUS, but it was the rest of the Justice League, from the Trinity to Heroes that they recognized, and Heroes that they haven't seen before.
There were no comments or sounds. They watch and wonder what would the Justice League would do to the Teen Heroes, and Superboy.
17:34 - 18:07
"They have a lot of explaining to do, uh?" Hanta asks.
"Pretty much, they have to tell them everything that happened, including what Superboy is… Well after Superboy announces to the League he is Superman's clone." Rikido said to his friend. As the Teen Heroes start to explain everything that happened today.
18:07 - 18:25
The two Green Lanterns and a couple of Heroes take Blockbuster to Belle Reve prison. Wonder Woman, Superman, and Martian Manhunter went to have a discussion.
"I wonder what they're talking about?" Yaoyarozu asks.
"How they're not even speaking, is it like their reading each other mind?!" Kyoka said. Until something just click, remembering a certain ability that Martians could do. "Oh Fuck me!"
"Oh yeah, I forgot Martian has the ability of telepathy, I think they're having a telepathic conversation with each other," Izuku said reminding everyone, what Martian Manhunter could do.
Listening to Midoriya's theory, the kid has a point. However, there is no proof that they were having a telepathic conversation. It is something that they don't have any experience with unless they're telepaths themselves.
18:25 - 18:42
"Well, That was awkward from Superman" Kosei said, watching Superman fly off after having a small talk with Superboy.
"Well, could you blame Superman," Sen said to his friend. "What would you say to someone, who you found out is your clone? That is like meeting your future kid from the future and talking about how you and mommy met."
The two boys shiver at that thought.
18:42 - 19:00
As soon as the Man of Steel left the area, Batman went to talk to the Teen Heroes.
Batman, The Flash, and Aquaman weren't happy that their pupils disobey them, and hacked the Justice League computer and do this little mission of theirs.
The Pro Heroes were on the same page as Batman, The Flash, and Aquaman, They too would be disappointed with the Students decided to do exactly what the teen Heroes did. Even with their Provisional Hero License, having that license is a privilege, not a right. A privilege that can be taken away, including expelling those students who disobey UA protocol.
In their mind, consider this to be their last play date until they become members of the Justice League.
However, the Teen Heroes disagree.
19:00 - 19:44
The Teen Heroes disagree with their mentors.
Saying that they're ready to do more good, not as sidekicks, but as Heroes, as equals even if they're not members of the Justice League.
The Pro Heroes had their eyes widen to see that the Teen Heroes doesn't agree with their mentors. They believe if the students were on board with Teen Heroes, They believe expelling them and striping off their provisional license won't change their minds about becoming independent and becoming vigilantes, like what's happening on the screen.
The Pro Heroes have their hands tied if The students decided to drop off the Hero Course and become vigilantes, like the Justice League and their sidekicks.
The students were frozen in thought, as Superboy's question echos in the back of their minds.
Either you get on board, or get out of our way.
Many students wonder if they would get on board with the teen heroes.
Getting on board meant leaving UA for good, and becoming a vigilante, in which being a vigilante is a crime. Some start to wonder if is this the reason why they were brought to the 5th dimension. That being here is a kind of conversion therapy, saying it's better to be a vigilante instead of a Pro Hero.
There are no facts suggesting that might be true, but there is no way they could ever get answers.
Back in the question in front of them, would they get on board, or get out of their way?
For Someone like Midoriya, He would certainly get on board and no doubt about it, others join him. It's a solid maybe. He knows that Bakugo won't go on board. Getting on board meant he'll never become the Number One Hero.
Izuku wanted to become the number one Hero too, but not like Bakugo does. In truth, he just wanted to be like All Might, and being Number One was just a status that All Might was. That is just a status and status changes every time. Being Number one is more of Bakugo's goal, not much of Izuku's
To answer the question, Izuku is on a board with the Teen Heroes, to help people even their not Pro Hero, or a Justice League member.
19:44 - 19:50 (Mount Justice)
The scene shifted to a new location in, Happy Harbor at Road Island. The audience was surprised to see this new location and its name.
"Mount Justice, Geez, they have a mountain as a headquarters," Mic said surprised at the new location.
"Maybe it's just a building on the mountain, and the mountain's name is just Mount Justice, I swear I won't be surprised if the HQ is just a square building," Mirko said making a joke about this HQ. Clueless about the truth about Mount Justice.
19:50 - 19:55
Mirko was proven wrong as soon as the HQ was truly shown on screen, and the Rabbit girl gulped at what she was seeing.
"Oh my, Albert Einstein!" Melissa fainted after seeing the truth about Mount Justice.
The Villains too were surprised to see Mouth Justice, and where could they find a similar place, they were in the woods for months, and the Justice League has this fancy ass HQ all along.
19:55 - 20:28
The Pro Heroes could believe what they were hearing. The Justice League is letting the teenager's crusade into a real operation, with real mission.
"That is so awesome, so the teen heroes are going to be like spies." Mina cheered in glee. "Oh, this reminds me of my childhood cartoon growing up, Totally Spiez."
"Yeah, pretty much." Kyoka agrees with Mina.
The rest of the students were wowed by the fact that The Justice League is letting the Teen Heroes go on spy missions as a team.
Izuku wrote down, the new Hero was that introduced in this scene. They already met Red Tornado from the previous episode, which is why he made a new page for Black Canary.
"So Batman will allow the Teen Heroes, now known as The Team. To work on Hero Mission that Batman aside to them. Those missions are spy missions." Aizawa summarized that they all have learned. "I'm honestly not 100% on board, but I think it does have its perks."
The Pro Heroes were shocked by Eraserhead's words.
"Aizawa, don't tell me you improve of this?" All Might asks his fellow teacher.
"Improve, well not 100% but more like 50%. Listened to All Might, I don't like the idea as much as any of you, but at least this way, The Team would learn something from doing it, which also includes failing… Look, this isn't easy to say, but I'm with Batman. At least the League can still keep an eye on The Team because in a way this operation is a better version of the Hero Course as a whole. The only closest experience for our students like The Team is the Internships and the Work Studies, at least with Spy Mission, they would learn by doing."
Hawks raise his hand as he spoke. "I agree with Batman and Eraserhead. Unlike the UA students, The Team already knows what it is like to be in the real world in the life of wearing the Capes and Masks." He continues. "The Flash and Aquaman have a point. A symbol on their chest, or having a Pro Hero license is in a way a target that the villains can aim and shoot whenever they want. Also just like Aquaman said, the villains are getting smart and smart, so having the Team go on Spy Mission is a good thing, both for the member of the League and The Team."
Some of the Pro Heroes could see Eraserhead and Hawks' point of view, at least they can still have an eye on the Team. Having the Team is a better option than having their student expelled if a similar event happened back in their world.
Would that mean, UA probably have their students work exactly like the Team, once they became second-year students? They don't know if UA has that budget, but it is a good idea, though not all Heroes and Teachers are on board with the idea.
The students are thrilled to Hear the words of Batman, Eraserhead, and Hawks. If their second years became more like The Team, they would be thrilled to be on board with that idea.
20:28 - 20:33
"Wait, did Batman say, The five of them?" Shoto asks.
"I think, he meant Roy, I think speedy is back," Eijiro said excitedly to see Speedy once again.
20:33 - 20:40
Until it was revealed it was Roy, but rather than a young female Martian, who happens to be Martian Manhunter's niece.
"Miss Martian, I like the name. It sounds like a contestant for Miss Universe." Midnight said liking the name of Miss Martian.
Some of the boys blush at Miss Martian's beauty.
Izuku wrote down a new page for Miss Martian in his notebook.
20:40 - 21:14
As the teenagers introduce themselves to Miss Martian, they wonder how she Shapeshifts her clothes.
"Oh come on, When I shapeshift, I have to be butt naked, and when Martians do it, it's cool!" Toga complains about the shapeshifting abilities of Miss Martian.
21:14 - 21:32
The scene shifted back to CADMUS.
"Oh yeah, I forgot that Guardian is a member of the Justice League." Present Mic said.
"Well I don't blame you Mic, Guardian is been under mind control most of the time when we saw him." Aizawa defeated his friend.
They listened to the words of Guardian, that CADMUS isn't going out of business, however, Since Dr. Desmond got arrested. Guardian is now in charge of CADMUS, and CADMUS is changing its leaves, to be more on the side of good.
However, showing this scene of CADMUS doesn't matter, because it's being shadowed by, The Light.
21:32 - 22:09 (last scene of the episode.)
With Dr. Desmond's defeat, The Light continues to shine.
Today's episode was a lot for the audience alike.
They were questioning the thought and idea of Nature vs Nurture. They thought that Superboy was just a weapon, that was his programming. However, they learned that Superboy has a lot to learn about, including now the fact that he is now free from CADMUS.
They guess, they'll see more in the later episodes.
