The American war criminals, who were announced to be facing execution, displayed a myriad of worldly responses before their impending death. However, no matter what they did, they couldn't change their destiny. Yet, everyone soon noticed that among the uniform group of Caucasians and African Americans, there was a war criminal with a distinctly different, Chinese face.
This Chinese-faced war criminal was a Chinese American scientist who had not held American citizenship for long. But due to racial reasons, he couldn't integrate into American high society at all. In seeking favor from Americans, the domestic solicitation for a strategy against Dream Island presented him with an opportunity. This Chinese scientist offered a sinister plan: using a hydrogen bomb to destroy underground cavities and create a super tsunami in the Pacific Ocean, aiming to obliterate Dream Island.
