After the United States of America, Britain, and France announced their unconditional surrender, their governments received a notification from Dream Island, demanding that all three countries immediately issue orders for their entire army to lay down their weapons from now and await further instructions from Dream Island.
The notification also stipulated that ten days later, the three countries must send personnel to Dream Island to sign an unconditional surrender agreement before the world. Those sent to sign the surrender agreement must be the heads of state with the highest authority, not other replacement negotiators.
According to Dream Island's demands, the personnel that the United States of America must send to sign the surrender agreement is their old President, while for Britain, it is the blond Prime Minister, and for France, the young President.
