As the timeline for the conflict between the two races approaches, all the warriors have gathered, with the human camp being unified and allocated by various nations in different areas of the Eastern Hemisphere, while the Titan Elves settle in the Western Hemisphere.
From then on, ground personnel will be completely evacuated, leaving the region, and observing ground dynamics constantly from above. Except for the two already developed Safe Zones and emergency personnel, nowhere on the border planet will be safe.
From then on, neither humans nor Titan Elves are allowed to ferry combat personnel to the ground by any means, even the 100 warriors dispatched by each country. Unless someone can use their ability to directly parachute onto the battlefield, which is obviously unrealistic, even though lower-ranked Titan Elf warriors possess cosmic survival capabilities and incredibly high flying speeds, they can't cross interstellar distances.
